If the periodic table is accurate and hydrogen is less dense than oxygen, when water evaporates the hydrogen would rise above the oxygen. I’d be willing to bet close to the top of our enclosure is a hydrogen rich environment. Might explain why people have trouble breathing at higher altitudes. The air’s thinner is one way to put it

Hydrogen and oxygen can only be split from water via electrolysis. If water is simply heated you get steam/ water vapor.

This tells us the process of evaporation is not one of heat but ⚡️ a direct current. This also tells us the sun is not a burning ball of gas 93 million miles away. And our oxygen is coming from water. Adding salt to the water expedites the process.
