Habitual eaters may eat a lot of one type of food. Or have a schedule of places they like to go on lunch breaks. I’d stay away from meats and high rising breads primarily.

If you can do that and minimize grains like corn you will be good. Eat as fresh as possible. Distilled water. Alkaline boosters every day you will be good.

The animals that we eat are not free range. Eating meat is acidic but the feed being given to them is the highest mycotoxin contaminant found anywhere. They are heavily parasite infested before they are even killed

This article claims 62% of animals are contaminated. It’s higher than that, I guarantee. But feed in the US for beef, poultry, and pork is moldy ass corn and literal trash

Kind of a shitty diagram here but I’m trying to illustrate exactly what we see in the sky. The stars ALL move from East to West just like the Sun, Moon, and “planets”. This diagram is looking down from above so the star rotation we see would be opposite. Because we are looking up.

The stars push East to West and rotate (looking up) clockwise in the Southern Hemisphere and counter clockwise in the Northern Hemisphere.

The other thing I’ll mention is there is no North, South, East, or West on a circle. Not the way they tell it. East and West are 90 degrees from North. South is 180 degrees which is the only thing they have accurate. Hate to say it but they’ve made us look like idiots again.
