We do not verify the legality, authenticity, or legitimacy of any content downloaded or transmitted through our bots. Users are expected to follow all copyright and intellectual property laws.

Any data processed by our bots is used exclusively to fulfill user-initiated actions (e.g., downloads) and is not stored or retained after processing.

Due to technical and load limitations, we do not exercise control over the specific content accessed or downloaded by users.

Our bots may interact with third-party platforms (e.g., video hosting services) to retrieve content. Users are responsible for reviewing and understanding the privacy policies of those platforms.

Premium subscriptions are non-refundable. The @ScratchBots Team reserves the full right, at its sole discretion, to terminate, revoke, or suspend a user's premium subscription without prior notice. Reasons may include suspicious activity, violation of rules, or inappropriate conduct. These actions are final and may not be explained or appealed.

Any paid promotions handled via our bots are provided as-is. We do not offer refunds for promotional services under any circumstances.

We implement appropriate measures to protect the bots from abuse, unauthorized access, or service disruption.

These bots are intended for users aged 18 years and above, or the minimum legal age in their jurisdiction.

While we strive for consistent uptime, the availability and functionality of our bots may occasionally be affected by technical or external factors.

Administrators and bot handlers are not responsible for individual user actions, choices, or behaviors while using the bots.
