Judge Lord Burns sides with Scottish Government to proceed with Vaccine Passports & Medical Apartheid in Scotland, starting Friday 1st Oct 2021

The Night Time Industries Association Scotland, who put up a legal case against this, said it was;

“Deeply disappointed that this policy will now proceed. The ruling is particularly disappointing given that senior counsel for the Scottish Government only produced evidence materials by email at the last minute”.

Lord Burns said it was an attempt to address "legitimate issues" of the pandemic in a "balanced way".
