#الأسبوع_السابع

اختبار السموم عليه 50 درجه
30 على الصح والخطأ و 20 على ال cases
ال cases من المواضيع التاليه ولن يخرج منها :
1- general treatment of poisoning مهم ( how to treat the case of poisoning ) ➡️ لازم تكتبها كويس ولا تكتفي بالكلام الموجود في الملزمه
2- corrosives مهم
3- organophosphorus compounds مهم
ال dimethoate هو اكثر واحد يستخدم ومصرح به عالميا
تعرف ال clinical practices حق ال nicotinic وال muscarinic
مثلا قد يجي سوال :
Newly married female
حاولت الانتحار حيث شربت 100ml من ال dimethoate واتت ب
Nicotinic ( not muscarinic ) symptoms
كيف تعالجها ؟
4- rodenticides ( مبيدات القوارض)
وهي ٣ انواع
a) zinc phosphide
b) aluminium phosphide
c) warfarin
5- snakes ( types and treatment )
6- ethanol ( introduction and metabolism فقط )
7- methanol (كل حاجه عليه)
8- carbon monoxide مهم
9- abamectin مبيد العناكب
10- topaz
( مبيد فطري ومبيد حشري علاجه صعب لا يخضع لعلاج ال organophosphorus وله علاج خاص )

ملخصات شوفوهن على السريع فيهن معلومات حلوة

♨️Treatment of snake venum:-

1/assurance of the patient
2/ prevention of spread of venom by:
- immobilization and
- tourniquets (blocking only venous & lymphatic return, not arterial flow).
3/ i.v line (two axis lines)
4/ antivenin skin test (for hypersensitivity reaction).
5/use of antivenin.--> (polyvalent)يُفضل
6/ supportive therapy:
🔅 If cytolytic:- give the patient:-

a) heparin 5000 iu
b)fresh blood (if anemic)
or fresh plasma (no anemia)
c) fibrinogen
c) hydrocortisone
d) antihistamines

🔅 If neurotoxic :- give the patient
a)physiostigmin , neostigmine
b)atropin
c) care of respiration
d) hydrocortisone
e) antihistamines
