👉 Your Microbiome Can Make You Gain Weight and Can Make It Difficult to Lose Weight
Quite surprisingly, scientific research has uncovered the fact that the microbiome of overweight individuals is significantly different than the microbiome of lean individuals.
The diversity and family of bacteria living in the guts of overweight individuals is shifted. This shift has been shown to produce an environment that extracts more caloric energy from food.
This means that overweight individuals extract more energy from the food they eat, and in particular, enzymes that metabolize food energy from carbs and fats are up-regulated. However, this higher caloric extraction doesn’t translate into higher overall energy levels; quite the contrary: the metabolic shift in overweight individuals results in lower energy output.
Also, in animal models, an obese animal can be converted into a lean animal simply by transplanting the microbiome from a lean animal to the obese animal. This occurs even if their diet stays the same after the transplant. Conversely, a lean animal can be converted into an obese animal by transplanting the microbiome from an obese animal to the lean animal.
In addition, an overweight individual’s microbiome is more prone to causing insulin resistance and diabetes to develop over time.
This underscores the importance of working on your gut health if you’re trying to lose weight, or to maintain a healthy weight. If your microbiome isn’t right, you could be fighting an uphill battle.

Science was the hook that God used to draw me to Him. When I was a teenager, I had opened the Bible for the first time. At the same time, I was studying Einstein’s theories on space, matter, time, light, and and energy.
What amazed me was the direct parallels between the characteristics of the God described in the Bible, and the unique properties of light, space, matter, time, and energy. They aligned perfectly. Everything from God’s omniscience, omnipresence, omnipotence, and three-fold nature— to the fact that Christ would come to the earth, die, and rise from the dead. This is all encoded in the laws that govern light, space, matter, time, and energy.

What They Aren't Telling You About 5G & What You Should Do
I see many people excited about the new 5G rolling out across different platforms.
Even though the technology promises wonders, there are real dangers to be aware of. Here is what they aren't telling you: Many of the safety studies are fatally flawed. These safety studies only expose cells or animals to pure sinusoidal electromagnetic energy at a single frequency (the carrier frequency).
This does not mimic the real world exposure to 5G. In reality, a 5G signal consists of a pure carrier wave along with a superimposed data wave. These superimposed data wave patterns add additional frequencies (low and high) into the carrier wave.
Almost all safety studies only use a carrier wave. At these high frequencies, the carrier wave is absorbed completely by the first few mm’s of skin tissue. However, when you superimpose the data wave, 5G electromagnetic energy can penetrate deeper into the tissues and organs of the body, including the brain.
Many research studies have conclusively shown that the negative health effects are not associated with the carrier wave by itself, but by the combination of the carrier wave along with the data wave. There is a negative synergy of sorts when these two are combined.
There are 3 things that make 5G dangerous from a health perspective:
-The much higher frequencies (combined with the data wave);
-The closer proximity of 5G antenna; and,
-The exponentially higher number of 5G cells towers.
There are things that you can do to prepare and to help protect you and your family's health.

This entire article is a great read. They conclude that 1 in 246 people die from the vaccine within 60 days of being jabbed. The only criticism I have is the author should have calculated the “background” mortality rate in the population pre-COVID to calculate the number of deaths that you would normally see in each age category over a 28 day and 60 day period. I did a rough calculation, and it looks like (when averaged over the entire population) 1 in 670 people die in a 60 day period. This same calculation should be done on the specific demographics that align with the people who are being vaccinated, and then this number should be compared to the 1 in 246 number.
That being said, the data clearly shows that the mortality rate is clearly higher in the jabbed, as the age-adjusted and age stratified data below shows

If you only accept explanations for the existence of our universe that are based on physical mechanisms, then you’ll only come up with explanations that are physical. All supernatural explanations are automatically discarded.
By circular logic, you’ve already discounted supernatural explanations, and therefore your theories are all the result of a predetermined self-imposed outcome. You apply a filter to the theories that give you the result you want, and then claim victory because you obtained the result of your filter.
To give supernatural explanations a fair footing, you have to be willing to entertain them. You can’t handicap the other side of the debate by disqualifying everything that doesn’t fit into your already-established worldview of scientism and materialism.
