Unlike the CDC in the US, the UK is transparent with publishing current COVID data, and breaking it down by vaccinated versus unvaccinated. This graph breaks infection rate down every 4 weeks, for different age groups in the vaccinated (blue) and unvaccinated (orange). As you can see, in the age groups 18-70, the current infection rate is approximately 2 times higher for the vaccinated population.

This is infection data, not hospitalizations and deaths. Their data still shows vaccine protection for hosp/deaths. However, this data makes a strong case that there should not be vaccine mandates because vaccinated people are more likely to be infected, and by inference, transmit, the virus than an unvaccinated person. This is especially true with omicron, which shows complete escape from the current vaccines.
