A REFERENCE OF DIFFERENT SMRITIS like Manu , Yajnavalkya , Vishnu , even Secular political texts like Kautilya arthashastra , Kamandakiya nitisara , Brihadsamhita of Varahamihira etc. have been taken to understand and decode the Core essences of the shlokas written in Fragment 9 of the manuscripts of Bajaur Collection.
