यहां पर बुद्ध ने " श्री " या लक्ष्मी माता की उपासना से प्रतिबंधित किया था ।
सवाल उठता है कि अगर देवी लक्ष्मी महामाया से नकल कर 12वीं 13वीं शताब्दी में बनाई गईं हैं तो बुद्ध यहां उनकी उपासना करने से मना क्यों कर रहे हैं और त्रिपिटक में उनका अस्तित्व कैसे साबित होता है ??
