Let's expose Piprahwa inscription today !!

The Piprahwa stupa inscription , of circa 250 BCE is said to be containing one of the oldest relics of Buddha is often said by Neo Buddhist that It's contemporary to Buddha..
Let's fact check this.

The relics were discovered by WC Peppe. Along with these , he also found some jewels dating back to 200 to 250 BCE.

Vincent Smith wrote a letter telling him that the inscription was of the 3rd century BCE.
In reply , Peppe's reaction was affirmative.

The Metropolitan Museum of Arts also declared the relics of 250 BCE.

Rhys David , translator of Jataka tales and Dr. Fleet , editor of Corpus inscriptionum indicarum volume 3 also supported the claim of 3rd century BCE.

The Indian Antiquary Volume 36 , published in May 1907 also supported this thing.

Moreover a tooth from Piprahwa stupa , when examined by Paleontologists , was revealed to be TOOTH OF A PIG 🐷 ! 😂

Evidences of Vedas before 12th century : Part 6

Here's a Gupta seal from Rajghat , 4th - 5th century CE.
It is written in Gupta Brahmi script and depicts :

1. Recto , Devi Mahishamardini killing Mulnivasi Mahishasur

2. Verso , Brahma ji with Vedas.

3. Verso , An Ashvamedha Sacrifice

4. Chhandogya shakha of Samveda ; though without proofs , some people are claiming this as a human.

Here possibly the Yajna was Dvara ( with himsa ). Seal depicts the Dead horse lying on the ground.
Devi Durga is said to be worshipped even much time before the Seal.
Brahma ji as a representative of Chaturveda ( 4 vedas ).

Hence proved once again that Vedas were popular much before 12th century and not only just Vedas but Shakha granths also prevailed during this period.

क्या बृहदारण्यक उपनिषद ६.४.१८ में बैल के मांस को खाने का वर्णन है ?

अथ य इच्छेत्पुत्रो मे पण्डितो विगीतः समितिंगमः शुश्रूषितां वाचं भाषिता जायेत, सर्वान्वेदाननुब्रुवीत, सर्वमायुरियादिति, मांसौदनं पाचयित्वा सर्पिष्मन्तमश्नीयाताम्; ईश्वरौ जनयितवै—अउक्शेण वार्षभेण वा ॥

कुछ लोगों द्वारा अक्सर यह आक्षेप लगाया जाता है कि यहां बैल का मांस खाने का आदेश है । आइए इसकी समीक्षा करते हैं ।

बृहदारण्यक ६.४ के पहले ही मंत्र में औषधि का सार पुष्प को , पुष्प का सार फल को तथा फल का सार पुरुष को और पुरुष का सार उसके वीर्य को बताया गया है अर्थात् वीर्य बढ़ाने के लिए मांस का तो कोई कार्य नहीं है ।

वार्षभेण का मूल शब्द ऋषभ/ऋषभक है । ऋषभक एक ऐसा औषधीय पौधा है जिसे सुश्रुत संहिता सूत्र स्थान ३८.३५ काकोल्यादिण वर्ग में स्थान प्राप्त है । यहां पर इसे बृंहण तथा वृष्य बताया गया है अर्थात् वीर्य तथा बल की वृद्धि करने वाला और चूंकि पुत्रोत्पत्ति के लिए वीर्य का प्रबल होना अत्यंत आवश्यक है , इसी कारण ऋषभ का प्रयोग होता है ।

मुझे एक बात बताइए :
कुमारीमांस - Aloevera , चोंच - दालचीनी , मयूरक - अपामार्ग आदि को भी आप मांस मान लेंगे क्या ?

Debunking False narrative of Neo buddhists regarding the word Dharma in Prakrit !!

Neo Buddhists Often claim that that Sanskrit word dharma wasn't present in Prakrit at the time or even before Ashoka. Check this out then.

A greek king of Punjab region issued an inscription on his and his mother's name where he call himself धार्मिक [ ध्रमिकस ] in Prakrit Kharosthi inscription of 1st century BCE.

Suprisingly same word ध्रम also appears in Kharosthi inscriptions of Ashoka at Shahbazgarhi and Mansehra. For example here is an transliteration of Ninth rock edict , Mansehra version.

Now the question is , " If Ashoka really wanted to embed the word धम्म there , why was he trying to add the अधोमात्रा of र ? Was he really trying to write the word धर्म ? If not , why didn't he just used the word धम्म/धम in Kharosthi ? Was that too hard for him ?

Hence proved that Dharma word even prevailed at the time of Ashoka.

Debunking Gulamgiri book in sequence : Part 1

Jyotirao Phule [ claim ] v/s Megasthenes !!

Claim 1 : Bamans made Sudras their slaves from 3000 years. They even took their lands and properties.

Refute : No one was slave in Ancient India because their ancient philosophers asked them that everyone should have equal rights. Even an average Indian was so rich at that time that their dress robes included Gold and precious stones and they were very truthful and virtuous.

Claim 2 : Baman videshi destroyed the evidences of Slavery by burying the evidences in ground.

Refute : Any base for this claim ? Well I don't think so. Moreover even the foreign traveler of around 2320 years ago says that No one was slave , neither a foreigner nor their own people, He wrote what he observed and he said that it was their philosophy and custom which prevent this whole thing. So just Shut up when you don't have any supportive proof for your claim.

आयुर्वेद की दृष्टि में मांसाहार : भाग 1

क्रूर , अत्याचारी , ईर्ष्यालु , मांसाहारी , क्रोधी बहुभक्षी स्वभाव वाले , राक्षसतत्व संयुक्त होते हैं ।

लंपट , बहुस्त्री गामी , डरपोक , दूसरों को कष्ट पहुंचाने वाले आहार व्यवहार की शुद्धता न रखने वाले , आमिष भोजी , आलसी तथा स्त्री लोलुप प्रवृत्ति के लोग पिशाच सत्व संबंधी होते हैं ।
यह दोनों रजोगुण प्रधान माने जाते हैं ।

- चरक संहिता शारीर स्थान , ४.४७ - ४८

इसी अध्याय के श्लोक ४५ अनुसार कल्याणभाग या शुद्ध सत्व में ब्राह्मसत्व सर्वोत्तम होता है , जो सत्वगुण प्रधान होता है । इससे संबंधी जीव मांसाहारी नहीं होते , स्वस्थ , दयालु , जितेंद्रिय , चरित्रवान/वती तथा अच्छे कर्म करने वाले होते हैं और जीवो को समभाव से देखते हैं ।

अतः हमें भी ऐसे ही कर्म करने चाहिए ब्राह्मासत्व प्रधान बने तथा समाज में एक अच्छा उदाहरण प्रस्तुत कर सकें ।
