Job Summary:The Deputy General Manager is responsible to Plan, organize, direct, coordinate and control the overall operation of Tulip in line with the directives given by the general manager. Job Summary:The Junior Accountant I is report to finance manager and she/he is responsible to maintain good accounting system and maintain appropriate records of accounting based on accepted accounting principles and the financial manual of the Company and produce periodic financial reports.
Duties and Responsibilities:
 Control the general accounting and financial reporting system of the branch.
 Summarizes the cash needs of branches from their monthly cash flow statement and transfer the request to Head Office as per the recommendation of branch manager.
 Maintains appropriate record for the transfer of funds to branches based on the notification received from Head Office.
 Prepares payment vouchers and cheques for authorized payments after verifying the correctness of the pertinent source documents.
 Prepares payroll for the branch and reviews the document after payments and effected to ascertain whether deductions of income tax and provident fund are paid to Inland Revenue Authority and deposited to respective saving bank account of employees.
 Verifies and receive the monthly accounting documents from branches and analyze and pass appropriate transaction.
 Undertakes the accounting transaction data entry into the computer system and produces appropriate ledgers and trail balance under the cost center of branches.
 Prepares bank reconciliation statements for Branches on monthly bases.
 Validates monitors and controls the proper authorization of all cash disbursement and receipts of branch office.
 Compiles the data required to adjusting entries in respect of accrual and prepayments, journalize the adjusting entries, and post to ledger.
 Submits the books of accounts and financial records of the Branch to review and examine by the internal or external auditors as per the company polices.
 Maintains fixed assets records in appropriate registers showing sufficient details of assets.
 Controls proper use of funds within the budget and appropriate records based on the established internal control system.
 Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
 Maintains appropriate records of loan disbursement, incomes, repayments, arrears, bad debts and alert the management on major issues related.
 Performs such other tasks as may be assigned by immediate supervisor.

በአዲስ አበባ ዩኒቨርስቲ ለ2012 የትምህርት ዘመን በመደበኛ የዲግሪ ትምህርት መርሃ-ግብር በትምህርት ሚ/ር መስፈርት መሠረት አዲስ የተመደባችሁ ተማሪዎች በሙሉ ጥቅምት 01 ቀን እና ጥቅምት 02 ቀን 2012 ዓ.ም በተመደባችሁበት የዩኒቨርስቲው ካምፓስ ሪፖርት እንድታደርጉ ያሳውቃል፡፡ ተማሪዎችም ለምዝገባ ስትመጡ፣

ስምንት ጉርድ ፎቶግራፍ ይዛችሁ መምጣት እንዳለባችሁ ያስታውቃል፡፡

በተጠቀሱት ቀናት ከአዲስ አበባ ውጪ ለሚመጡት ተማሪዎች በመርካቶ አውቶብስ ተራ፣ በአቃቂ እና በአስኮ የመኪና መናኸሪያዎች በመገኘት ዩኒቨርስቲው የትራንስፖርት አገልግሎት ያቀርባል፡፡ ፡
ከተገለጸው ቀን በፊት ለሚመጡ ተማሪዎች ምንም ዓይነት አገልግሎት ዩኒቨርስቲው አይሰጥም፡፡
ለተጨማሪ መረጃ የዩኒቨርስቲን ድረገጽ https://portal.aau.edu.et/ ወይም www.aau.edu.et ማየት የሚቻል ሲሆን
ነዋሪነታችሁ አዲስ አበባ ከተማ አስተዳደር ሆኖ ወደ አዲስ አበባ ዩኒቨርስቲ የተመደባችሁ ተማሪዎች ሪፖርት የምታደርጉትና ስለ ዩኒቨርስቲው ገለጻ የምታገኙት ጥቅምት 03 ቀን 2012 ዓ.ም መሆኑን ያሳውቃል፡፡
ከአዲስ አበባ ውጪ ለምትመጡ ተማሪዎች በዩኒቨርስቲው ውስጥ የመኝታ አገልግሎት ለማግኘት የተመደበላችሁን የመኝታ ክፍል 12ኛ ክፍል በተፈተናችሁበት ቁጥር በመጠቀም ከ portal.aau.edu.et ማግኘት የምትችሉ መሆኑን ያሳውቃል፡፡
ተማሪዎች ከወላጆቻቸውና በአካባቢያቸው ከሚገኙ ወረዳዎች ጋር ውል ተፈራርመው የማረጋገጫ ወረቀት ካላመጡ ዩኒቨርስቲው የማይቀበል መሆኑን በጥብቅ ያሳስባል፡፡
በተጨማሪም ባለፈው ስርዓተ ትምህርት መሠረት በመጀመሪያ ዓመት 1ኛ እና 2ኛ ሴሚስተር በተለያየ ምክንያት አቋርጣችሁ ለመልሶ ቅበላ ውጤታችሁ የሚያበቃችሁ ተማሪዎች ከዘድሮ 1ኛ ዓመት ተማሪዎች ጋር በመቅረብ በ2012 ዓ.ም. የመጀመሪያ ሴሚስተር መልሶ ቅበላ እንድታመለክቱ እናሳውቃለን፡፡
እንዲሁም መደበኛ የድህረ ምረቃ አዲስ ተማሪዎች ምዝገባ ጥቅምት 06 2012 ዓ.ም ሲሆን ትምህርት የሚጀመረው ጥቅምት 10 ቀን 2012 ዓ.ም መሆኑን እንገልጻለን፡፡
