Its been 2–3 weeks and all that was provided was a slow checker, public ULPS and nothing else.

There are lots of scammers on Telegram who look like genuine sellers.

Always use a middleman (MM) to avoid these types of scams, and only buy from trusted marketplaces.

They made excuses, claiming this was previously mentioned in a group for active users that spoofing is not available for 7-day subscriptions.
However, the buyer could not have known this since he was not an active user. After the discussion, they completely ignored him.
