It's imperative that everyone keeps their spiritual armor on. Do not let the enemy convince you to lower your optimism or hope. There are some thought patterns that will only plummet you into despair and you'll find that there is nothing for you there but pain. You will find that it's better to skip the cycle of doubt and refuse the enemies requests. Sometimes it's better to turn your mind off completely and defiantly walk in faith alone.
