The fraud for accounts WITHOUT Social Security numbers at all are the easiest to spot.
It's the fraud accounts that have FAKE Social Security numbers, or even REAL Social Security numbers that were stolen that are going to take longer to track down.
The good news is, Elon Musk and the DOGE Team already extracted many millions of fake SS#'s from the SSA database, and all those fake #'s can be flagged, if they turn up in any insurance billing.

Look at the corridor:

Beaver County.
St. George.
Utah-Arizona border.
Nevada. Arizona. New Mexico.
The Southwest movement lane.
Now look at the timeline.
👉2022 Utah fires hit. Arrests follow inside the fire-origin investigations.
👉2023 Major drug takedown in Utah: 25 arrests, cash, assets, real estate, and narcotics. Same season Utah enters a record snowpack / flood emergency window.
👉2024 This is the big one. Beaver and Piute County fire season lights up with Little Twist and Silver King. At the same time, Utah breaks its fentanyl seizure record in only six months. DEA ties the activity to Sinaloa and Jalisco disruption and specifically identifies Utah as a trafficking corridor through I-15 and I-80.
👉2024 Beaver County, I-15: MDMA and counterfeit fentanyl-pill seizure hidden under a spare tire. Same county. Same corridor.
👉2025 One of the largest fentanyl busts in DEA history hits multiple western states, including Utah. Then another Utah-linked CJNG money-laundering/support case lands. Weeks later, southern Utah gets the Forsyth Fire near Pine Valley / Washington County.
