👀👆👆Based on a lot of digging Catholic and Lutheran charities seem questionable. The church that sponsors doesn’t need to show anything on their tax forms to the public. One Lutheran non profit I found had a parent org with a fair bit of money and dozens (35 specifically) of small charities “not large enough to have to file a public irs 990 form”.

Personally I’m at a point of if you’re operating under a nonprofit/tax free status all funds must be publicly disclosed. No more rolled up buckets of “program spend”, “administrative burden”.

~T edit: Ever looked at a 501(c)3 balance sheet? You should. 90% is usually administrative spend.

👉2024 This is the big one. Beaver and Piute County fire season lights up with Little Twist and Silver King. At the same time, Utah breaks its fentanyl seizure record in only six months. DEA ties the activity to Sinaloa and Jalisco disruption and specifically identifies Utah as a trafficking corridor through I-15 and I-80.
👉2024 Beaver County, I-15: MDMA and counterfeit fentanyl-pill seizure hidden under a spare tire. Same county. Same corridor.
