Types of study breaks for every situation :

- Feel ho rha hai ki kab se padh rhe h: Snack lo body ko refuel karo aur kuch entertaining dekho toh brain bhi refresh ho jayega, quick nap bhi le skte ho & then back to the books.
- Stress feel ho raha hai: Gehri saans lo, kisi family ya friends se baat karo, relaxing music suno and gather yourself.
- Focus nahi kar pa rhe: Bahar jake fresh air lo. Thoda meditate karo, it'll help bring you back.
- Agar life mein kuch aur chal raha hai aur mind se nahi ja raha: Jo bhi mind mein chal raha hai usse likh lo, sort of a diary entry. It'll help you work things out.
- Agar kuch samaj nhi aa rha ya yaad nhi kar pa rhe: Kuch aur tareeke se study karo. Diagrams, charts or tables ki help lo, thoda fun ban jayega.

Exemptions Rule for students migrating to new course.
If secured exemption in Nov22, May 23 or Nov23 - It will be available in the upcoming exams as earlier
If secured exemption in May22 in any paper and exhausted it in Nov23 - One time Option now available to make it permanent exemption (In this case marks secured in the exempt paper will be counted as 50 only and minimum 50 marks to be secured in other papers)
If secured exemption before May22 and exhausted before Nov23 exams itself - No eligibility to claim exemption

In the previous post some of you mentioned that we are Facing issue in sitting at a stretch, after every 1.30 hrs our mind stops accepting things. So here are quick tips for you all :

- Breaks mai study karo har 30/50 minutes ke baad 5/10 minute ka break le lo.
- Plan mei multiple Subjects same day mei pado
- Healthy meal lo, hydrated raho or proper sleep lo so that padte time focus bna rhe.
- Make sure quite or comfortable environment mai padho
- Exercise aur meditate karo, outside walk lo so that mind b fresh rhe
- Khud ko concepts sikhao, ya phir flashcards or mind maps banake padhai karo taki study sessions thoda interesting ho.
- Sabse difficult ya important topic par dhyan do jab tumhe sabse zyada active feel ho. Easy topic ko us waqt karo jab tum thoda low energy mein ho.
