There are many wonderful and beautiful things going on in this world at any given moment, even if you have to look to the very simplest of daily blessings. You have the power to uplift yourself through exerting self-discipline and turning your attention to these positive aspects of life; no one outside of you can do it for you. Part of the plan from the overlords is to control you through fear and keep you focused that way. If you want relief from this, and if you want to help grow the light and the good, you must learn to be "in the world but not of it," bearing witness to what is happening but retaining your sovereignty. Sometimes that involves respecting self enough to withdraw focus from the outer and retreating temporarily to the inner. This is the spiritual task that is put to all of us at this time.

We're building towards the Full SuperMoon at 7°25' Pisces on the 30-31st August. For many of us, it's harder to sleep during the few nights before the Full Moon, and as the Moon is so close to the Earth this is a particularly powerful one. Emotions and feelings tend to come to a head at a Full Moon, all the more so as this is in the sensitive Water sign of Pisces.
Many people are feeling overwhelmed with many aspects of their lives, the amount of information coming in, and the experiences and energies they are dealing with. We can feel stretched to the limit. With all of these demands, ask yourself with each of them, 'does this make me feel heavy or light?' With those things that make you feel heavy, can you shed any of them? Can you let some of those demands and responsibilities go now? September with the New Moon in Virgo on the 14-15th is an excellent time to simplify life down to what really matters to you. Your values may be shifting rapidly, not only with the long-running Uranus in Taurus but also Venus retrograde in Leo until September 3rd.
Because of the magnitude of this shift we are going through, this isn't just an annual kind of spring clean. It is imagining the highest version of yourself, stepping into that energetic hologram and living it right now, today, and leaving the old ways of being behind.
The Pisces-Virgo axis is not only linked to our health and immune systems, but also it is known as the victim-rescuer axis. Do you feel that you are operating at one end or another of this? Do you tend to be in victim consciousness much of the time, or constantly rescuing others? We need to be much more solid in our own power with the North Node in Aries, and be aware of not giving our power away, whilst still having great compassion for others less well off than ourselves.
With events and energies moving so fast, the Sun's opposition to Saturn this weekend may almost feel like a relief. This can operate like a 'stop' sign. It helps us to look at the reality of a situation, and although that may bring some disappointments, it can help slow the freneticism that many of us have felt of late.
We are moving into a period of months where we will start to see things 'in a new light', particularly around health issues starting with this Full SuperMoon in Pisces. This can start to radically alter our worldview of many things. Once Mercury begins to move direct on September 15th, we are likely to have much more clarity to move forwards and make different decisions.
Try to.find time to sit in stillness, bare feet on the Earth, dropping into silence like butter melting in the sun. Feel the magical presence of nature all around you. Trust the powerful transformative new cosmic energies pouring onto the Earth right now like a superwave carrying us to a very different reality. Surrender, stop the striving, release the old patterns and ways of being, and dream in a much more loving world. So many of us across the world are coming together in this frequency to magnetise crystalline plasma into reality.

The expansion of the Mer-Ka-Ba to its Fifth Dimensional form took place around the Lionsgate portal of 29th July 2013 by overlaying the electro-magnetic field with a photon crystalline form increasing the fixed energy nexus (chakras) from seven physical energetic centres to twelve crystalline light centres. This moved us all forward from the traditional established seven chakra system known throughout ancient times that was used in full understanding within the third density physical body.
The evolutional energy structure was formed between the Earth Star below the feet through the Central core of the body to the Stellar Gateway above the head. This gradually increased the opposing spin of the Merkaba beyond Light speed to increase the number of potential frequencies available to those raising and focusing their awareness. The ever increasing spin of the Merkaba can be likened to the spin of the Carousel in a fairground, raising to a point when there are those thoroughly enjoying the ride, those who feel permanently sick and those who are ready now just to get off and leave – rather to continue an increasingly uncomfortable experience. When we combine this with the rollercoaster of increasing waves of cosmic frequencies expanding our awareness to simultaneous higher and lower levels of existence, it is no wonder that we question our decision to continue this journey.
The energetic movements taking place in the heart and head areas correspond directly to the etheric shift in the central point of the Merkaba moving away from the physical position of the Third Dimensional Physical Heart instead to the location of the Thymus gland, the position of the Fifth Dimensional Higher Sacred Heart (the Diamond Core God-spark).
The position of the Ego Mind as the entry portal of Higher frequency thought and Divine understanding situated at the Pineal Gland (the Third Eye) moves position to the Causal Nexus point, an etheric chakra existing above the Crown of the Skull. This repositions the Higher Mind in this area to link directly to the Higher Self and Collective Consciousness. (NB: Continuation of high frequency energies directly into the physical body has been the cause of many of the ascension symptoms experienced. Placement outside of the physical body will allow ongoing Ascension progression without associated physical issues.
Overseeing the higher frequencies of this transition are the Archangels Christiel and Zadkiel. Assisting the physical transactions of the Body elementals are the crystalline frequencies of Seraphinite for the Higher Heart and Moldavite for the Higher Mind.
Successful integration of these two key areas allows the flow of Kundalini energy to transmute the Higher Heart to Sacred Heart and the Higher Mind to Sacred Mind. Integration of the Divine I AM presence with the Physical Self energises the golden Aura of the Christed Arch-auric being.
