“Castor oil is wonderful! Yes, our grandparents knew it’s benefits. I suggest watching Barbara O’Neil on YouTube. She has good information on Castor oil, what it can be used for ( including tumors, bone spurs, detoxing kidneys, liver & much more.) I use it as a compress to stop coughing at night when not feeling well. It works wonderful on my daughter as well. Simply mix organic castor oil with quality organic peppermint oil (one or two drops) pour on a warm wrung out-wet/ clean preferably organic cloth (I use a facecloth). Place it on chest. Place a tea towel or kitchen towel folded over it. Then, I place a heating pad (or hot water bottle) on top. With in 5 minutes time the coughing stops! You can do similar with an upset tummy, or dilute 1 or 2 drops ginger essential oil into a dropper bottle with castor oil. Use this in your belly button for intestinal upset. (I also LOVE activated charcoal for bloating or upset tummy. I open one capsule into water, stir & drink. It works amazingly! For castor oil, I purchased colored/ glass dropper bottles on line (24 I think) I use these to add essential oils to castor oil. Label the jars what’s in them & what it’s good for. I always transfer my castor oil from the plastic into glass.”
