Well the great freeze of 2021 is almost over. Now to deal with the aftermath. For us it will just be a major cleaning day in the house as I have been off work all week and I am a tornado... or so my wife says😂. Also mud, lots and lots of mud is in our future. For many though the consequences are far worse. Many have lost their lives due to freezing temperatures and livestock. My prayers are with them all. I hope we can all learn from this and be better prepared next time. I myself have added several items to the list of need to get dones. We will be storing more water and getting the flue cleaned out so we can rely more on wood heat in the future. We will also be looking at solutions for off grid electricity so we can make the jump. We will also be looking at ways to integrate our well to supply the house. Remeber through all of this my families prayers are with you and yours.

Well yall started prepping my garden site today. Got alot of work done, but still alot to go. We plan on doing a back to eden garden. Enjoy the before and after pictures

I may be a little late in posting this but....... We have our first litters of rabbits for the season! We held off breeding for awhile to make sure we had the time to care for them and the does. We hope to get one or two more breeding in this year. Depending on sales outlets and cage space. We had to leave 12 of our cages at our old place when we moved. Not because we didn't have room but because I way overbuilt them. They probably weighed upwards of 500lbs.
