So for this week challenge I'm thinking to build the mobile app version of Redat. Wish me luck because I don't know anything about Flutter I'm just diving straight in.

As told I you for this week’s challenge was to build an app version of Redat. it was a tough one. I've never made an mobile app before mind that.I didn't have any experience on this area still wanted to give it a chance.My initial plan was to use Flutter but after that post React Native seemed like a good alt since i already knew about react .so I gave it a shot.

But It wasn't easy.It was challenging, kinda difficult, and while I made progress, I wasn’t able to complete it. Looking back I probably should have stuck with Flutter from the start. But despite not finishing, I don’t see this as a complete failure. I believe in sharing both successes and failures because they’re both part of the journey.

At the end of the day, I learned a lot, and that’s what truly matters. Failing is better than not trying at all. I gave it my best, and even though it’s not done, I’m not stopping. This week, I’ll continue working on it but this time with Flutter.😄 Hopefully, it’ll be a smoother ride.

On top of that, a lot of people have suggested new features for Redat, and I plan to implement them. I’ve noticed that with my side projects, once they’re finished, I tend to move on and not maintain them. For example, with Mezmur Trivia, people asked me to add more songs, improve the UI, and introduce a "How well do you know this singer?" feature. But I never got around to making those updates.

I’ve realized that maintaining a project after launch is just as important as building it in the first place. So, this week, I’ll make an effort to improve and maintain my existing projects.

And lastly, I just want to say failure is delay not defeat as Denis Waitely said.

literally everyone grew up with different experiences, influences, trauma, and chemistry, thus all of our perceptions are programmed differently, even if just slightly. one phenomenon exists amongst many different realities at once and misunderstandings are not only normal but the default.

If you have the chance to pursue anything else on your own without relying on a monthly paycheck, choose that. Even if you have to struggle, you’ll enjoy your journey more.
