👆🏻 Just finished catching up on tonight’s PWR and I can’t help thinking how fantastic a world would be with these two as heads of states.

I’m truly sad to see Warren go, he has a charming ability to immediately make you feel like a close friend while also being incredibly intelligent.

I hope at some point in the future we can either welcome him back to England or share the beauty of West Virginia with his family.

Expect the real estate crisis to affect large urban properties before residential property.

Office blocks are popping up all over, construction seemed to accelerate during Covid when more and more people were working remotely. Most city centres are getting hollowed out, who’s buying or renting this real estate? No-one, they’re sitting empty for months after construction but still I’m seeing new sites breaking ground!

Expect these huge buildings to be repurposed into urban small/pod living. Especially as subsidies and grants are released by the Gov to ‘solve’ the housing crisis.
