[Background]
The original book is by Shaykh-ul-Islaam Ibn Taymeeyah  -Rahimahullaah- who wrote a response to a question which was put to him about the issue of Al-Qadr wal Qada.
The question was put in form of Arabic poetry by a Rafidi poet from the speech of a Jew.

This was mentioned in the book of Shaykh-ul-Islaam Ibn Taymeeyah which was researched by shaykh Muhammad Hamid al-Faqihi -Rahimahullaah.

Shaykh-ul-Islaam Ibn Taymeeyah -Rahimahullaah- also replied with 125 lines in Arabic poetry. Shaykh Abdurahman as-Sa'adi explained and simplified the poem.

The questioner came with doubts about Qadr and he tried using that as an excuse for committing sin.

🌴The Blessings of Following the Companions

▪️◾◼️ Ash-Shattabi ( d.790 A.H.) Rahimahullaah said:

'When Imam Malik would push himself in following the Companions, and in those who follow their guidance and follow their Sunnah, then due to that Allaah placed him as a exemplary for others in following the Companions. 

So those who were present at the time of Malik would follow his Aathaar and take his actions as an exemplary

Due to the Blessings of him following the ones whom Allaah and His Messenger have praised and made them likewise exemplars of from those who follow them.'

▪️◾◼️ قال الشاطبي:
"لما بالغ الإمام مالك في إتباع الصحابة،
و من اهتدى بهديهم، واستن بسنتهم،
جعله الله تعالى قدوة لغيره في ذلك؛
فكان المعاصرون لمالك يتبعون آثاره ويقتدون بأفعاله، ‌
ببركة اتباعه لمن أثنى الله ورسوله عليهم
وجعلهم قدوة أو من اتبعهم"

*🌴صحابہ کرام کی پیروی کی برکت:🌴*

▪️◾◼️ الشاطبي رحمہ اللہ(وفات: ۷۹۰ھ)فرماتے ہیں:

"جب امام مالک نے صحابہ کرام، ان کی ہدایات پر چلنے والوں اور ان کی سنت پر عمل کرنے والوں کی پیروی میں بہت زیادہ کوشش کی، تو اللہ تعالیٰ نے ان کو اس معاملے میں دوسروں کے لیے مثال بنا دیا؛ چنانچہ امام مالک کے ہم عصر ان کے نقش قدم پر چلتے اور ان کے اعمال کی پیروی کرتے تھے، اس برکت کی وجہ سے کہ انہوں نے ان لوگوں کی پیروی کی جن کی اللہ اور اس کے رسول نے تعریف کی، اور انہیں اپنے لیے نمونہ بنایا اور انکو جو ان کی پیروی کرتے ہیں"

Shaykh Ṣāliḥ al-Fawzān on the Four Qualities of Prophet Ibrahim

Shaykh Ṣāliḥ al-Fawzān (may Allah preserve him) said:

"Allah described Ibrahim (Abraham) with four qualities:

1. The first quality: He was an 'ummah,' meaning a leader and exemplar in goodness.

2. The second quality: He was devoutly obedient to Allah, steadfast in worship, and sincere in his actions for Allah.

3. The third quality: He was hanif, meaning he was devoted to Allah and turned away from everything else.

4. The fourth quality: He was not among the polytheists, meaning he was free from them and their religion."
