"From Abdullaah bin Mas’ood, from the Prophet ﷺ that he said:

‘I met the Prophet Ibrahim on the night when I was taken on the night journey, and Ibrahim said: O Muhammad convey my Salam to your Ummah, and inform them that Paradise has very fine soil, sweet water. That it has lowland and its plants are:
سبحانَ اللهِ والحمدَ للهِ
ولا إله إلا اللهُ واللهُ أكبرُ
(Far is Allaah from imperfection, and all praise be to Allaah, and there is none worthy of worship in truth except Allaah, and Allaah is the Greatest)"

الزوج لا ينفق على زوجته

Shaykh Muhammad bin Salih al-Uthaymeen Rahimahullaah was asked:

A woman asks about her rights from her husband, she says he is hard hearted in dealings and does not spend on her?

Answer: It is obligatory upon the husband to live with his wife in a honourable way, due to the saying of Allaah Tabaraka wa Ta'ala:
﴿ وَعَاشِرُوهُنَّ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ﴾
《And live with them honourably.》[Nisa: 19]

Also Allaah's saying:
﴿ وَلَهُنَّ مِثْلُ الَّذِي عَلَيْهِنَّ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ﴾
[البقرة:228]
《And they (women) have rights (over their husbands as regards living expenses, etc.) similar (to those of their husbands) over them (as regards obedience and respect, etc.) to what is reasonable,》[Baqarah: 228]

It is not permissible for a man to be deficient in his obligations to his wife.  In fact, it is obligatory to exert himself for her for what is obligatory.

He should know that if she does not take her rights today, she will take them on the day of Judgement from his deeds.

What do you think will be the condition when a woman contests you on the Day of Judgement?

Fear Allaah now,  whilst you have the capability and fulfill the obligations without negligence and disregard.

As for the wife, we say to her: have patience and seek the reward from Allaah Azza wa Jal.

Know that it is impossible for a person to be continous in the same condition and perhaps a person changes his condition and you should ask Allaah guidance for your husband so that he fulfills your obligations.'

Spending on the wife
زوجها لاينفق عليها ويقسوا عليها في المعاملة

الإمام ابن عثيمين رحمه الله

س: امرأة تسأل عن حقها من زوجها تقول:
فهو قاس في المعاملة غير منفق عليها؟

الواجب على الزوج أن يعاشر الزوجة بالمعروف لقول الله تبارك وتعالى: ﴿ وَعَاشِرُوهُنَّ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ﴾ [النساء:19] ،

ولقوله تعالى: ﴿ وَلَهُنَّ مِثْلُ الَّذِي عَلَيْهِنَّ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ﴾ [البقرة:228]

ولا يحل للإنسان أن يقصر في واجب زوجته،
بل الواجب أن يبذل لها ما يجب،

وليعلم أنها إذا لم تأخذ منه اليوم حقها أخذته يوم القيامة من أعماله،
وما ظنك بامرأة تكون خصماً لك يوم القيامة؟

اتق الله الآن ما دمت تستطيع أن تؤدي الواجب ولا تفرط وتهمل.

أما بالنسبة للزوجة فنقول لها:
اصبري واحتسبي الأجر من الله عز وجل،
واعلمي أن دوام الحال من المحال،
وأن الإنسان قد تتغير حاله،
وأسألي الله الهداية لزوجك حتى يقوم بواجبك.

*اسکا شوہر اس پر خرچ نہیں کرتا اور اس کے ساتھ سخت رویہ اختیار کرتا ہے*

امام ابن عثيمین رحمہ اللہ:
(سوال) ایک عورت اپنے شوہر پر اپنے حق کے بارے میں پوچھتے ہوئے کہتی ہے: "وہ (اس کے ساتھ) رویے میں سخت ہے اور اس پر خرچ نہیں کرتا ہے؟
(جواب) شوہر پر لازم ہے کہ وہ اپنی بیوی کے ساتھ معروف طریقے سے رہے کیونکہ اللہ تعالیٰ نے فرمایا ہے: ﴿ وَعَاشِرُوهُنَّ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ ﴾ [النساء:19] ( اور ان کے ساتھ اچھے طریقے سے بودوباش رکھو)
اور فرمایا: ﴿ وَلَهُنَّ مِثْلُ الَّذِي عَلَيْهِنَّ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ ﴾ [البقرة:228] (اور عورتوں کے بھی ویسے ہی حق ہیں جیسے ان پر مردوں کے ہیں اچھائی کے ساتھ)
اور انسان کے لیے جائز نہیں ہے کہ وہ اپنی بیوی کے واجبات میں کوتاہی کرے، بلکہ اس پر واجب ہے کہ وہ اس کے لیے وہ سب کچھ کرے جو اس پر واجب ہے، اور اسے یہ جان لینا چاہیے کہ اگر اس (عورت) نے آج اس سے اس کا حق نہیں لیا تو وہ قیامت کے دن اس کے اعمال سے اپنا حق لے گی، اور آپکا اس عورت کے بارے میں کیا خیال ہے جو قیامت کے دن آپ کى حریف ہوگی؟ ابھی سے اللہ سے ڈرو جب تک آپ واجب ادا کرنے کے قابل ہو اور کوتاہی اور غفلت نہ کرو۔
اور بیوی کے لیے ہم کہتے ہیں: صبر کرو اور اللہ عز وجل سے اجر کی امید رکھو، اور جان لو کہ حالات ہمیشہ ایک جیسے نہیں رہتے، اور انسان کی حالت بدل سکتی ہے، اور اللہ سے اپنے شوہر کی ہدایت کی دعا مانگو تاکہ وہ اپکے واجبات/حقوق ادا کرے۔

‎Mu'adh bin Jabal [may Allah be pleased with him] reported: One morning, Allah's Messenger [peace and blessings of Allah be upon him] was prevented from coming to us for Salah As-Subh (the morning prayer) until we were just about to look for the eye of the sun (meaning sunrise). Then he came out quickly, had the Salat prepared for. Allah's Messenger performed the Salah, and he performed his Salah in a relatively quick manner. When he said the Salam, he called aloud with his voice saying to us: "Stay in your rows as you are". Then he turned coming near to us, then he said: "I am going to narrate to you what kept me from you this morning: I got up during the night, I performed Wudu and prayed as much as I was able to, and I dozed off during my Salat, and fell deep asleep. Then I saw my Lord, Blessed and Most High, in the best of appearances. He said: 'O Muhammad!' I said: 'My Lord here I am my Lord!' He said: 'What is it that the most exalted group busy themselves with?' I said: 'I do not know Lord.' And He said it three times. He (Allah's Messenger) said: 'So I saw Him place His Palm between my shoulders, and I sensed the coolness of His Fingertips between my breast. Then everything was disclosed for me, and I became aware'. So He (Allah) said: 'O Muhammad!' I said: 'Here I am my Lord!' He said: 'What is it that the most exalted group busy themselves with?' I said: 'In the acts that atone.' He said: 'And what are they?' I said: 'The footsteps to the congregation, the gatherings in the Masajid after the Salah, performing Wudu thoroughly during difficulties.' He said: 'Then what else?' I said: 'Feeding others, being lenient in speech, and Salat during the night while the people are sleeping.' He said: 'Ask.' I said:

‎اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ فِعْلَ الْخَيْرَاتِ وَتَرْكَ الْمُنْكَرَاتِ وَحُبَّ الْمَسَاكِينِ وَأَنْ تَغْفِرَ لِي وَتَرْحَمَنِي وَإِذَا أَرَدْتَ فِتْنَةَ قَوْمٍ فَتَوَفَّنِي غَيْرَ مَفْتُونٍ أَسْأَلُكَ حُبَّكَ وَحُبَّ مَنْ يُحِبُّكَ وَحُبَّ عَمَلٍ يُقَرِّبُ إِلَى حُبِّكَ

‎'O Allah! I ask of you the doing of the good deeds, avoiding the evil deeds, loving the poor, and that You forgive me, and have mercy upon me. And when You have willed Fitnah among a people, then take me without the Fitnah. And I ask You for Your love, the love of one who loves You, and the love of the deeds that bring one nearer to Your love.'"

‎The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "Indeed it is true, so learn it.
