*Ramadan Has Arrived*


From Abu Hurairah [رضي الله عنه] who said: The Messenger of Allaah [ﷺ] used to give good news to his Companions with the arrival of Ramadan, he would say:

«قد جاءكم شهر رمضان شهرٌ مبارك ، كتب الله عليكم صيامه ، فيه تفتح أبواب الجنة وتغلق فيه أبواب الجحيم ، وتغل فيه الشياطين ، فيه ليلةٌ خيرٌ من ألف شهر ، من حُرِمَ خيرها فقد حُرِم.»

❝Indeed the month of Ramadan has arrived, a blessed month. Allaah has prescribed fasting for you. In this month the doors of Paradise are opened and the doors of hell are closed. The devils are shackled. In Ramadan there is a night better than a thousand months, whoever is prohibited from the good in that night then indeed he has been prohibited from good.❞

Ibn Rajab Al-Hanbali said:

❝Some of the scholars said: This Hadeeth is a foundation for some people congratulating others with the month of Ramadan.

How can one not give good news to the believer with the doors of Paradise opening.

How can one not give good news to the sinful that the doors of the Hell fire have been closed.

How can one not give good news to the intelligent one with that the devils are shackled.

Where can this time period be compared to any other time.❞

The Reality of Tawheed
حقيقة التَّوحيد

Shaykh ul Islaam Ibn Taymeeyah -Rahimahullaah- said:

'Indeed the reality of Tawheed is that we worship Allaah Alone,
▫️so no one is made Dua to except Him,
▫️No one is totally feared except Him,
▫️No one is to have Taqwa of except Him,
▫️No one is totally relied upon except Him,
▫️The Deen is not for anyone except Allaah......

Not anyone from the creation, That we do not take the Angels and Prophets as deities to be worshipped,
So what about the Imams, shaykhs, scholars, kings and other than them?!

The Messenger ﷺ is the one who conveyed the commands and prohibitions from Allaah.

Absolute obedience is not given to the creation, only to Allaah.

Therefore, if the Imam or shaykh is placed as if he is a deity, That he is called upon even though he is not present, Or after his death, And aid is sought from him, And your needs are requested from him, Whereas obedience is given to a person who is present, So if a Imam or Shaykh orders with whatever he wants,  or prohibits with whatever he wants, therefore, obedience to a deceased is resembling him to Allaah Ta'ala and if obedience is to a living individual then he is resembling the Messenger of Allaah sallAllaahu alayhi wa sallam, And this exits/goes against the reality of Islaam of which the origin is the testimony that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah and the testimony that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allaah.'

              حقيقة التَّوحيد

▪ قالَ ابن تَيْميَّة رَحِمَهُ اللهُ تَعَالَى

فإنَّ حقيقةَ التَّوحيد :

◽ أنْ نعبدَ اللهَ وحدهُ ،
◽ فلا يُدعى إلاَّ هو،
◽ ولا يُخشى إلاَّ هو ،
◽ ولا يُتَّقى إلاَّ هو،
◽ ولا يُتوكَّل إلاَّ عليه ،
◽ ولا يكون الدِّين إلاَّ له ،
▫ لا لأحدٍ مِنَ الخلق ،
▫ وأنْ لا نتَّخذ الملائكة والنَّبيِّين أربابًا،
▫ فكيف بالأئمَّة ، والشُّيوخ ، والعُلماء ،
▫ والمُلوك، وغيرهم؟!

والرَّسول ﷺ هُو المبلِّغ عَنِ الله أمره ونهيه ، فلا يُطاع مخلوق طاعة مطلقة إلاَّ هو ، فإذا جعل الإمام والشَّيخ كأنَّهُ إلهٌ ،

▫ يُدعى مع مغيبة ،
▫ وبعد موته ،
▫ ويُستغاث به ،
▫ ويُطلب منه الحوائج ،

والطَّاعة إنَّما هي لشخصٍ حاضرٍ، يأمر بما يُريد، وينهى عمَّا يُريد ، كان الميِّت مشبّهًا بالله تَعَالَى ، والحيّ مشبّهًا برسُول اللهِ ﷺ ، فيخرجون عَنْ حقيقة الإسلام الَّذي أصله ، شهادة أنْ لا إلهَ إلاَّ الله، وشهادة أنَّ محمَّدًا رسُول الله».اهـ.

منهاج السُّنَّة النَّبويَّة لابن تَيْميَّة:(3/490)

         توحید کی حقیقت
شیخ الاسلام ابن تیمیہ رحمہ اللہ تعالی فرماتے ہیں:
بے شک توحید کی حقیقت یہ ہے کہ:
◽ہم صرف اللہ کی عبادت کریں
◽پس اُس کے سوا کسی سے دعا نہیں مانگی جاتی
◽اور اسکے بغیر کسی سے نہیں ڈرا جاتا
◽اور اسکے سوا کسی کا تقوی نہیں رکھا جاتا
◽اور اسکے سوا کسی پر توکل نہیں رکھا جاتا
◽اور اسکے بغیر کسی کا دین (قابل قبول) نہیں
◽مخلوق میں سے کسی ایک کا بھی نہیں
◽اور یہ کہ ہم فرشتوں اور انبیاء کو رب نہیں مانتے
◽تو ائمہ، مشائخ، علماء، بادشاہ اور دوسروں کی بات ہی نہیں؟!
رسول ﷺ اللہ کے احکامات اور منہیات کو پہنچانے والے ہیں، اس لیے اس کے سوا کسی مخلوق کی مکمل اطاعت نہیں کی جاتی، لہٰذا اگر کسی امام اور شیخ کو معبود بنا دیا جائے۔(اسطرح)
◽کہ اسکی غیر حاضری میں اس سے دعا مانگی جائے
◽یا اسکی موت کے بعد اس سے فریاد کی جائے
◽اور اس سے ضرورتیں مانگیں جائے
اور اطاعت صرف حاضر شخص کی کی جاتی ہے، جو چاہے حکم دے، اور جس سے چاہے منع کر دے، اسطرح  (ایسا) فوت شدہ (امام یا شیخ) الله کے مشابہ اور (ایسا) زندہ (امام یا شیخ) رسول اللہ ﷺ کے مشابہ ہو جاتا ہے۔ اسطرح (ایسا کرنے والے لوگ) اسلام کی حقیقت سے منحرف ہو جاتے ہیں، جس کی اصل یہ گواہی ہے کہ اللہ کے سوا کوئی معبود برحق نہیں، اور یہ گواہی  کہ محمد ﷺ اللہ کے رسول ہیں۔

How to Deflect Off an Evil Punishment

كيف تندفع عقوبة السيئة

Shaykh ul Islaam Ibn Taymeeyah Rahimahullaah said:

'When a believer does an evil action then its punishment can be deflected from him by ten ways:

1 - A person repents, so Allaah accepts his repentance. A person who repents from a sin is like the one who has no sin upon him.

2 - or he seeks forgiveness and Allaah forgives him.

3 - or performs good deeds which wipe out the sin. Indeed good deeds wipe away bad deeds.

4 - or his brothers from the believers make Dua and seek forgiveness for him whether alive or dead.

5 - or gifting him from the reward of their actions by which Allaah benefits him.

6 - or that his Prophet  ﷺ intercedes for him.

7 - or that Allaah Ta'ala trials him in the worldly life with difficulties which expiate his sins. 

8 - or trials him in the Barzakh (life in the grave), so it expiates the sin for him.

9 - or trials him on the plains of the day of Judgement with situations which occur there by expiating the sin for him.

10 - or that the Most Merciful of the merciful has mercy upon him. 

Therefore, if a person is not from these ten then he should only blame himself.'

كيف تندفع عقوبة السيئة؟

قال شيخ الإسلام ابن تيمية رحمه الله:

والمؤمن إذا فعل سيئة فإن عقوبتها تندفع عنه بعشرة أسباب:

1- أن يتوب فيتوب الله عليه فإن التائب من الذنب كمن لا ذنب له.
2- أو يستغفر فيغفر له.
3- أو يعمل حسنات تمحوها فإن الحسنات يذهبن السيئات.
4- أو يدعو له إخوانه المؤمنون ويستغفرون له حيا وميتا.
5- أو يهدون له من ثواب أعمالهم ما ينفعه الله به.
6- أو يشفع فيه نبيه محمد ﷺ .
7- أو يبتليه الله تعالى في الدنيا بمصائب تكفر عنه.
8- أو يبتليه في البرزخ فيكفر بها عنه.
9- أو يبتليه في عرصات القيامة من أهوالها بما يكفر عنه.
10- أو يرحمه أرحم الراحمين.

فمن أخطأته هذه العشرة فلا يلومن إلا نفسه.

گناہوں کی سزا کیسے زائل ہوتی ہے؟

شیخ الاسلام ابن تیمیہ رحمہ اللہ فرماتے ہیں:
اور جب ایک ایمان والا کوئی گناہ کرتا ہے تو اسکی سزا اس سے دس أسباب کے ذریعے زائل ہوتی ہے:
۱۔ کہ وہ توبہ کرے اور اللہ اسکی توبہ قبول فرمائے، کیونکہ گناہوں سے توبہ کرنے والا اس شخص کی طرح ہے جس نے کوئی گناہ کیا ہی نہ ہو۔
۲۔ یا وہ (اللہ سے) مغفرت طلب کرے اور اللہ اسکی مغفرت کرے۔
۳۔ یا وہ ایسے نیک اعمال کرے جو ان (گناہوں) کو مٹا دے کیونکہ نیکیاں گناہوں کو دور کر دیتی ہیں۔
۴۔ یا اسکے مؤمن بھائی اسکی زندگی میں، اور مرنے کے بعد اسکے لئے دعا اور مغفرت طلب کریں۔
۵۔ یا اسکو اپنے اعمال کے ثواب میں سے کچھ ہدیہ کریں جسکے ذریعے سے اللہ اسکو
نفع پہنچائے۔
۶۔ یا اللہ کے نبی ﷺ اسکے  حق میں سفارش کرے۔
۷۔ یا دنیا میں اللہ تعالٰی اسکو ایسی مصیبتوں میں مبتلا کرے جن سے اسکے گناہوں کی تلافی ہو۔
۸۔ یا برزخ میں اللہ تعالٰی اسکو ایسے آزمائے کہ اسکے گناہوں کی تلافی ہو۔
۹۔ یا عرصات قیامت میں (اللہ تعالٰی) اسکو اسکی(عرصات قیامت کی) ہولناکیوں سے آزمائے، جس سے اسکے گناہوں کی تلافی ہو۔
۱۰۔ یا رحم کرنے والوں میں سب سے زیادہ رحم کرنے والا اس پر رحم کرے۔
پس جس سے یہ دس أسباب چوک جائے اسے چاہیے کہ وہ صرف اور صرف اپنی ملامت کرے۔
