*Jumu'ah Arrangements & COVID-19 Precautionary Measures*

As-Salaamu 'alaykum,

_The short Khutba will commence at approx *12:30pm* prayer at *1:00pm* inshaAllah._

*1. Masjid Door Opens at 12:10PM*
The Masjid will open at 12:10pm to allow attendees to arrive promptly and settle in prior to the khutba starting.

*2. Capacity is Limited*
We have reduced capacity for worshipers to keep in line with the current Government guidelines. 

Once the capacity limit is reached, the door will be locked.

There is additional overflow space in the community hall & classrooms.

We ask all attendees to adhere to the following guidelines and protocols:

*3. Make Wudhu at Home*
Please make wudhu before you arrive at the Masjid. There are no wudhu facilities currently available.

*4. Wear a Face Covering*
For the health & safety of all and to enable is to accommodate more worshippers in the masjid, all attendees 11 years of age or older *must* wear a face covering.

*5. Bring Your Prayer Mat & Shoe Carry Bag*
All worshippers must bring their own prayer mats to use at the Masjid as well as a carry bag to put their shoes into.

If you need a chair, please bring a foldable type with you. There are no chairs currently available at the masjid.

*6. Hand Sanitiser*
On entry to the Masjid, please use the alcohol free hand sanitiser using the auto dispenser on the wall.

*7. Elderly, Sisters, Sick People & Children Stay Home*
The vulnerable elderly, sisters, those with chronic conditions, those who are visibly sick and children under the age of *8* must *not* attend the Masjid.

*8. Remain Seated*
After the prayer, please remain seated until the Stewards ask you to leave. 

*9. Masāhif/Qur'ān*
You are more than welcome to bring your own copy of the Mushaf or use your phone to read whilst attending the Masjid.

10. *Don't Congregate*
Please do not congregate in the car park after the prayer.

11. *No Hugs or Handshakes*

We ask all attendees to please follow the above guidelines during their visit to the Masjid.

After taking the means, we put our trust in and reliance upon Allāh the most high.
