One of the great blessings of Allaah upon the Muslims is when they are guided to the Sunnah.

From the implementation of the Sunnah is establishing a Masjid upon the Sunnah, as did the Prophet -sallAllaahu alayhi wa sallam- did when he migrated to Madinah.

Due to the COVID-19 Executive Order 72 issued by the Governor of Virginia, and after study of several scenarios by which we hoped to hold the 'Eed Prayer that either violated the order or were logistically impractical, we regrettably inform the Masjid An-Nur community that the Masjid will not be holding the 'Eed al-Fitr Prayer & Sermon this year.
