District 2 (Recoleta) stands out in the City of Buenos Aires for having the highest values ββin almost all indicators related to the senior citizen population. With an aging index of 182.7, it leads by a wide margin over the other districts, showing a clear female predominance along with a well-established senior citizen population.
Districts 14 (Palermo) and 13 (NΓΊΓ±ez, Belgrano, and Colegiales) follow closely behind.
Recoleta also leads in terms of super-aging, with the highest proportion of people over 80 years old, while Caballito, Flores, and Parque Chacabuco show the lowest levels.
