The collateral damage of "net zero" is now becoming uncomfortably close to home. First Dutch farmers were threatened with forced cattle buying to meet EU emission goals.
Now it's Ireland's turn, where the government is reportedly considering plans to cull about 200,000 cows to meet its climate goals. The scheme would be similar to voluntary culling, where farmers are offered financial incentives to surrender their cows.
Soon normal meat and milk will only be available to the elite. Ordinary people will have to eat worms and insects. And this is done under the pretext of fighting global warming. People will have to forget about juicy steaks. 🤷♂️
