Since the initial release of TRC20 network support for USDT Personal Wallets (Web3, Cold Wallet, or Hardware Wallet) on the S-PayWay, we have noticed that some users are still using Hot Wallets for this payment method. This causes an off-chain transfer, meaning no transaction is recorded on the blockchain, making it impossible to verify the transaction.

To address this, we are developing a Hot Wallet Checker, which will be integrated as a built-in hidden feature for the BEP20 and ERC20 network. This solution is designed to ensure that 99% of new configurations are from Personal Wallets and not Hot Wallets (eliminating off-chain transactions).

We are proud to announce that this will be the world’s first and exclusive feature, as currently, no other solution exists for detecting Hardware Wallets or Exchange-based Hot Wallets. Our development is already 80% complete, and once successfully implemented, you will be able to configure BEP20 settings directly from your dashboard.

The Cronjob you created on the 19th or 20th of last month has now exceeded 30 days, which means it has expired and was automatically deleted. We received confirmation that around 86 Cronjobs were deleted today, so your job may have been affected.

You can create a new Cronjob again for free (valid for 30 days), or if you prefer a longer duration without auto-deletion, you may purchase any license to extend it for 1 year.

We noticed that some of you used your username or email instead of your Merchant ID when placing an order. If you couldn’t find your Merchant ID, this may be because your full services have not yet been activated (for example, if you activated Cronjob but have not yet activated the Gateway service).

For now, we have set up a temporary modal so you can log in and retrieve it.

In version 3.0, we will address all the issues found in the current version, with a focus on:

- A more user-friendly UI
- Faster data loading
- Smarter data analysis
