أعلنت الصين أنها ستقوم برفع أسعار التجزئة للوقود اعتبارًا من 9 مايو، وذلك وفقًا لبيان صادر عن اللجنة الوطنية للتنمية والإصلاح (NDRC).

وبموجب القرار، سترتفع أسعار البنزين بمقدار 320 يوان (حوالي 47.04 دولارًا) للطن الواحد، بينما ستزيد أسعار الديزل بمقدار 310 يوان (حوالي 45.57 دولارًا) للطن.

كما ستشهد أسعار الوقود للمستهلكين ارتفاعًا، حيث سيرتفع سعر لتر البنزين أوكتان 92 بمقدار 0.25 يوان، وبنزين أوكتان 95 بمقدار 0.27 يوان، وكذلك الديزل بنفس الزيادة تقريبًا. وبذلك ستكلف تعبئة خزان وقود بسعة 50 لترًا من بنزين أوكتان 92 حوالي 12.5 يوان إضافية (نحو 1.84 دولار).

ويأتي هذا القرار بعد أن خفّضت الصين في أبريل سقف أسعار الوقود بهدف الحد من تأثير ارتفاع أسعار النفط العالمية، في ظل استمرار التوترات في أسواق الطاقة والمخاوف المرتبطة بالإمدادات العالمية.

China will raise retail fuel prices from May 9, with an increase of ¥320 ($47.04) per ton for gasoline prices, and ¥310 ($45.57) per ton for diesel, according to the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) statement released on Friday.

Prices for 92-octane gasoline, 95-octane gasoline, and zero-grade diesel will rise by ¥0.25 ($0.037), ¥0.27 ($0.040), and ¥0.27 ($0.040) per liter, respectively. Filling a 50-liter tank with 92-octane gasoline will cost about ¥12.5 ($1.84) more.

This change follows China's lowering of the price caps in April to reduce the impact of rising oil prices amid the Iran war and the Strait of Hormuz naval blockade.

ورغم تبادل الضربات الجديدة بين الولايات المتحدة وإيران، أكد الرئيس الأمريكي Donald Trump أن وقف إطلاق النار بين الجانبين لا يزال «ساري المفعول»، وهو ما ساهم في إبقاء آمال التهدئة قائمة. وفي الوقت نفسه، يترقب المستثمرون صدور بيانات الوظائف الأمريكية غير الزراعية (NFP) اليوم.

Silver jumps 3%, Middle East still in focus
The prices of precious metals grew on Friday, with silver soaring 3% as investors continued to closely follow developments in the Middle East, trying to discern their potential impact on the global economy.

While the United States and Iran recently exchanged new blows, US President Donald Trump insisted that the ceasefire between the two is still "in effect," with his comments likely keeping peace hopes alive. Meanwhile, many are anticipating today's release of US nonfarm payrolls.
