ووفقًا لتقرير المكتب الفدرالي للإحصاء في سويسرا، جاء هذا الارتفاع بعد تعديل تأثيرات المبيعات والعطلات مقارنةً بنفس الشهر من العام السابق.

في المقابل، تراجعت المبيعات الاسمية بشكل طفيف على أساس سنوي.
كما بقي قطاع التجزئة (باستثناء محطات الوقود) دون تغيير، بينما أظهرت مبيعات المواد الغذائية والمشروبات مسارًا مختلفًا.

سجّلت أسعار المنازل في المملكة المتحدة نموًا سنويًا بنسبة 3٪ خلال شهر أبريل، وهو تحسّن مقارنة بالشهر السابق وجاء أعلى من التوقعات.

وبحسب مؤشر أسعار المنازل الصادر عن Nationwide، شهد السوق أيضًا ارتفاعًا طفيفًا على أساس شهري، مع وصول متوسط سعر المنزل إلى نحو 278 ألف جنيه إسترليني.

ورغم حالة عدم اليقين الناتجة عن تطورات الشرق الأوسط وارتفاع أسعار الطاقة، يواصل سوق الإسكان استعادة زخمه.

The prices of houses in the United Kingdom saw an annual growth of 3% in April, according to the Nationwide House Price Index published on Friday. The figure represented an increase compared to the 2.2% reported in March and exceeded projections.On a monthly basis, the index was up by 0.4% on a seasonally adjusted basis, while the average house price in the country reached £278,880 in the reported month."Despite the uncertainty caused by developments in the Middle East and the subsequent rise in energy prices, the UK housing market has continued to regain momentum following the slowdown recorded around the turn of the year," Nationwide's Chief Economist Robert Gardner said. "The market is likely being supported by the relative strength of household finances. In aggregate, household debt is at its lowest level relative to income for around two decades," he added.

قال رئيس السلطة القضائية في إيران إن طهران لم تنسحب يوماً من طاولة المفاوضات.

وأكد غلام حسين محسني إيجئي أن أي مفاوضات يجب أن تكون دون “فرض أو إملاء”، مشدداً على أن التفاوض القائم على الإكراه غير مقبول وهناك إجماع داخل الدولة على ذلك.
