រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ នាថ្ងៃទី៧ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ - វិទ្យាស្ថានជាតិវិទ្យាសាស្ត្រ បច្ចេកវិទ្យា និងនវានុវត្តន៍ (NISTI) បានរៀបចំទទួលស្វាគមន៍ដំណើរទស្សនកិច្ចសិក្សារបស់គណៈប្រតិភូសាកលវិទ្យាល័យភូមិន្ទភ្នំពេញ ដឹកនាំដោយ ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិតសាស្រ្តាចារ្យ ជ័យ ចាន់អឿន ប្រធានសាលាក្រោយបរិញ្ញាបត្រផ្នែកវិទ្យាសាស្រ្ត នៃសាកលវិទ្យាល័យភូមិន្ទភ្នំពេញ។

ដំណើរទស្សនកិច្ចនេះ មានគោលបំណងពង្រឹង និងពង្រីកកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរវាងស្ថាប័នទាំងពីរ ក្រោមក្របខណ្ឌ MoU ដែលផ្តោតលើការស្រាវជ្រាវរួមផ្នែកកែច្នៃអាហារ វិទ្យាសាស្ត្រ និងវិស្វកម្មរូបធាតុ ព្រមទាំងការផ្តល់ឱកាសដល់និស្សិតចុះកម្មសិក្សា និងទទួលបទពិសោធន៍ការងារជាក់ស្តែង។

ក្នុងឱកាសនេះ គណៈប្រតិភូបានទស្សនកិច្ច មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលបច្ចេកវិទ្យាកែច្នៃអាហារ កម្ពុជា-កូរ៉េ (FTC) ដើម្បីស្វែងយល់អំពីបច្ចេកវិទ្យាកែច្នៃអាហារ ការផលិតក្នុងកម្រិតសាកល្បង និងការវិភាគគុណភាពផលិតផល។

✨ Study Visit to Strengthen Research Collaboration

Phnom Penh, October 7, 2026 - The National Institute of Science, Technology and Innovation (NISTI) hosted a study visit for a delegation from the Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP), led by H.E. Prof. Dr. Chey Chan Oeun, Dean of the Graduate School of Science.

 The visit aimed to strengthen and expand collaboration between both institutions under their existing Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). Key areas of focus include joint research in food processing and materials science, as well as internship opportunities and hands-on practical training for students.

During the visit, the delegation toured the Cambodia-Korea Food Processing TASK Center (FTC) to explore advanced food processing technologies, pilot plant and quality analysis.

ការចុះតាមដាននេះ ផ្ដោតសំខាន់លើការប្រឹក្សាពន្យល់បន្ថែមលើលទ្ធផលដំណោះស្រាយបច្ចេកទេស និងវឌ្ឍនភាព នៃការអនុវត្តដំណោះស្រាយបច្ចេកទេស ដើម្បីពង្រឹងគុណភាព និងសុវត្ថិភាពផលិតផលកែច្នៃ តាមរយៈការជ្រើសរើសគុណភាពវត្ថុធាតុដើម, វិធិសាស្រ្តកែច្នៃ, ការជ្រើសរើសសម្ភារៈវេចខ្ចប់ និងការវេចខ្ចប់ និងលក្ខខណ្ឌនៃការស្តុកទុកផលិតផលសម្រេច។

វិទ្យាស្ថានជាតិ វ.ប.ន. នៅតែបន្តប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តយ៉ាងមុតមាំក្នុងការគាំទ្រដល់សហគ្រាសធុនមីក្រូ តូច និងមធ្យម (MSMEs) នៅកម្ពុជា ឱ្យកាន់តែមានសមត្ថភាពប្រកួតប្រជែងខ្ពស់។

First Follow-up and Progress Evaluation of Technical Solution Implementation

Phnom Penh, 8 October 2026: The working team of the National Institute of Science, Technology and Innovation (NISTI) organized an online meeting to follow up on progress and provide additional technical consultation on the “Implementation of Technical Solutions” to Smoked Fish Processing Handicraft.

The follow-up activity focused primarily on providing further consultation and clarification regarding the results of the technical solutions and the progress of their implementation.​The objective was to strengthen the quality and safety of processed food products through improved selection of raw materials, processing methods, selection of packaging materials and packaging techniques, as well as appropriate storage conditions for finished products.

The National Institute of Science, Technology and Innovation (NISTI) remains firmly committed to supporting micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Cambodia in strengthening their capacity and enhancing their competitiveness.
