វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលស្តីពី៖ “ការធ្វើបរិវត្តកម្មរដ្ឋាភិបាលឌីជីថល”

ប្រទេសសិង្ហបុរី ថ្ងៃទី២១–២៥ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦៖ មន្ត្រីជំនាញពីវិទ្យាស្ថានជាតិវិទ្យាសាស្ត្រ បច្ចេកវិទ្យា និងនវានុវត្តន៍ នៃក្រសួងឧស្សាហកម្ម វិទ្យាសាស្ត្រ បច្ចេកវិទ្យា និងនវានុវត្តន៍ បានចូលរួមវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលស្តីពី៖ “ការធ្វើបរិវត្តកម្មរដ្ឋាភិបាលឌីជីថល” ដែលរៀបចំឡើងដោយកម្មវិធីសហប្រតិបត្តិការសិង្ហបុរី (SCP) និងភ្នាក់ងារសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិថៃ (TICA) ក្រោមកម្មវិធី Singapore-Thailand Third Country Training Programme (TCTP)។

កម្មវិធីនេះបានប្រមូលផ្តុំប្រតិភូរដ្ឋាភិបាល ទូទាំងតំបន់អាស៊ីប៉ាស៊ីហ្វិក ដូចជាតំណាងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ឡាវ ម៉ាឡេស៊ី ឥណ្ឌូណេស៊ី ហ្វីលីពីន ម៉ាល់ឌីវ និងតំបន់ដៃគូផ្សេងទៀត។

គោលបំណងនៃវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះផ្តោតលើ៖
- ការរៀបចំផែនការយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រ៖ បរិវត្តកម្មឌីជីថលទូទាំងរដ្ឋាភិបាល តាមរយៈការចែករំលែកបទពិសោធន៍ពីយុទ្ធសាស្រ្តប្រទេសឆ្លាត (Smart Nation) របស់ប្រទេសសិង្ហបុរី
- សេវាផ្តោតលើប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ៖ ការផ្តល់សេវាឌីជីថលដែលងាយស្រួល និងឆ្លើយតបតាមតម្រូវការ
- អភិបាលកិច្ចទិន្នន័យ៖ ការចែករំលែក និងសមាហរណកម្មទិន្នន័យរវាងស្ថាប័ននានា
- សន្តិសុខសាយប័រ និងបរិយាបន្ន៖ ការការពារទិន្នន័យ និងការទទួលបានសេវាឌីជីថលដោយបរិយាបន្ន។

ការចូលរួមរបស់មន្រ្តីកម្ពុជា បានឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំងពីការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តរបស់ក្រសួងឧស្សាហកម្ម វិទ្យាសាស្ត្រ បច្ចេកវិទ្យា និងនវានុវត្តន៍ ក្នុងការពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ ជំរុញការធ្វើបរិវត្តកម្មឌីជីថល និងលើកកម្ពស់អភិបាលកិច្ចល្អ ដើម្បីគាំទ្រការផ្តល់សេវាសាធារណៈឱ្យកាន់តែមានប្រសិទ្ធភាព ចីរភាព និងបរិយាបន្ន និងឆ្លើយតបនឹងយុគ្គសម័យឌីជីថល។

Training Course on Digital Government Transformation
 
Singapore, September 21–25, 2026៖ Technical official from the National Institute of Science, Technology and Innovation (NISTI) under the Ministry of Industry, Science, Technology & Innovation (MISTI) attended a training course titled "Digital Government Transformation."

The program was organized by the Singapore Cooperation Programme (SCP) and the Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA) under the Third Country Training Programme (TCTP).

The program convened government delegates from across the Asia-Pacific region, including representatives from Cambodia, Laos, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Maldives, and other partner regions.

The key objectives of the training course focused on:
• Strategic Planning: Whole-of-government digital transformation through insights into Singapore’s Smart Nation Strategy
• Citizen-Centric Services: Accessible and user-focused service delivery
• Data Governance: Secure cross-agency data sharing and integration
• Cybersecurity & Inclusion: Digital security, privacy, and inclusive access.

The participation of Cambodian official in the training reflects the Ministry of Industry, Science, Technology & Innovation’s commitment to strengthening international cooperation, advancing digital transformation, and promoting good governance to support more efficient, sustainable, inclusive, and digitally enabled public services.

NISTI Conducts Training on STATA for Business and Economic Data Analysis

Phnom Penh, 6 October 2026 - The National Institute of Science, Technology and Innovation (NISTI), under the Ministry of Industry, Science, Technology & Innovation (MISTI), conducted a training course on “Fundamentals of Using STATA for Business and Economic Data Analysis”, presided over by H.E. Dr. Keo Socheat, Director General of NISTI.

The training brought together participants from various institutions and organizations with relevant backgrounds and interests in data analysis. The sessions were delivered by H.E. Dr. Keo Socheat, Director General of NISTI, and Mr. Rath Vathana, Economic Researcher.

The training was designed to equip participants with fundamental knowledge and practical skills in quantitative data analysis for business and economics. It also aimed to strengthen participants’ ability to use STATA for data management and analysis, interpret analytical results accurately, and communicate findings with greater confidence.

✨ Study Visit to Strengthen Research Collaboration

Phnom Penh, October 7, 2026 - The National Institute of Science, Technology and Innovation (NISTI) hosted a study visit for a delegation from the Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP), led by H.E. Prof. Dr. Chey Chan Oeun, Dean of the Graduate School of Science.

 The visit aimed to strengthen and expand collaboration between both institutions under their existing Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). Key areas of focus include joint research in food processing and materials science, as well as internship opportunities and hands-on practical training for students.

During the visit, the delegation toured the Cambodia-Korea Food Processing TASK Center (FTC) to explore advanced food processing technologies, pilot plant and quality analysis.
