ការចុះតាមដាននេះ ផ្ដោតសំខាន់លើការប្រឹក្សាពន្យល់បន្ថែមលើលទ្ធផលដំណោះស្រាយបច្ចេកទេស និងវឌ្ឍនភាព នៃការអនុវត្តដំណោះស្រាយបច្ចេកទេស ដើម្បីពង្រឹងគុណភាព និងសុវត្ថិភាពផលិតផលកែច្នៃ តាមរយៈការជ្រើសរើសគុណភាពវត្ថុធាតុដើម, វិធិសាស្រ្តកែច្នៃ, ការជ្រើសរើសសម្ភារៈវេចខ្ចប់ និងការវេចខ្ចប់ និងលក្ខខណ្ឌនៃការស្តុកទុកផលិតផលសម្រេច។

First Follow-up and Progress Evaluation of Technical Solution Implementation
Phnom Penh, 30 September 2026៖ The working team of the National Institute of Science, Technology and Innovation (NISTI) organized an online meeting to follow up on progress and provide additional technical consultation on the “Implementation of Technical Solutions” to Sophorn Someng Fish Processing Handicraft and Prahok Powder Processing Handicraft.
The follow-up activity focused primarily on providing further consultation and clarification regarding the results of the technical solutions and the progress of their implementation. The objective was to strengthen the quality and safety of processed food products through improved selection of raw materials, processing methods, selection of packaging materials and packaging techniques, as well as appropriate storage conditions for finished products.
The National Institute of Science, Technology and Innovation (NISTI) remains firmly committed to supporting micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Cambodia in strengthening their capacity and enhancing their competitiveness.

Phnom Penh, 2 October 2026: The National Institute of Science, Technology and Innovation (NISTI) of the Ministry of Industry, Science, Technology and Innovation (MISTI), in collaboration with the General Department of Small and Medium Enterprises and Handicraft, CamTech University, Oxfam, the Independent Democracy of Informal Economy Association (IDEA), Banteay Srei, and Kenan Foundation Asia, organized a training session on “Using Artificial Intelligence (AI) to Support Businesses, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), and the Informal Economy in Cambodia.”
The training brought together approximately 90 participants, including women leaders in the informal economy and owners of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), was presided over by H.E. Dr. Keo Socheat, Director General of the National Institute of Science, Technology and Innovation, with the participation of representatives from Oxfam, the Independent Democracy of Informal Economy Association (IDEA), and Banteay Srei.
The training aimed to strengthen digital capacity and promote the use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools among MSMEs and the informal economy in Cambodia, with the goal of enhancing resilience, improving work efficiency, and strengthening competitiveness in the digital economy.

Dr. Keo Socheat, held a meeting with Dr. Hor Sivmey, vice dean of chemical and food engineering department, and Prof.Dr. Caroline Douney, professor and researcher from Liège University, Belgium, to explore potential opportunities for joint collaboration.
The meeting aimed to discuss the possibility of NISTI and the above institutions, partnering to support on packaging technology and product development for MSMEs.
During the discussion, both parties exchanged ideas and outlined actionable directions for their partnership. The primary focus was on addressing challenges faced by MSMEs especially packaging and food processing.

Phnom Penh, October 1, 2026៖ The National Institute of Science, Technology and Innovation (NISTI), led by H.E. Dr. Keo Socheat, held a meeting with Dr. Hor Sivmey, vice dean of chemical and food engineering department, and Prof.Dr. Caroline Douney, professor and researcher from Liège University, Belgium, to explore potential opportunities for joint collaboration.
The meeting aimed to discuss the possibility of NISTI and the above institutions, partnering to support on packaging technology and product development for MSMEs.
During the discussion, both parties exchanged ideas and outlined actionable directions for their partnership. The primary focus was on addressing challenges faced by MSMEs especially packaging and food processing.
This meeting marks a significant step toward laying the groundwork for future cooperation and joint projects, ultimately contributing to enterprise development and driving innovation in Cambodia.
