Phnom Penh – 18 September 2026: Eight internship students from the Institute of Technology of Cambodia (ITC) have successfully completed a short-term internship programme at the National Institute of Science, Technology and Innovation (NISTI).

The internship programme focused on technical learning in the field of food chemistry, covering key topics such as food packaging materials, factors contributing to food deterioration and spoilage, and food processing and preservation technologies. Through technical engagement, the students gained valuable knowledge related to food quality and safety.

🤝🏻Supported by NISTI, the programme demonstrates the close and ongoing collaboration between NISTI and MoU partner, ITC, while contributing to the development of technical capacity and strengthening the linkage between academic learning and scientific research in the food sector.
