The workshop was conducted in a hybrid format—both in-person and online—with a total of 46 experts and relevant stakeholders in participation.

The training was conducted with the objective of strengthening the capacity of editorial and manuscript review teams, as well as enhancing their knowledge and skills in managing the editorial workflow, coordinating the peer-review process, ensuring publication ethics, and improving the overall management and visibility of scientific research publications.
