Stipple Bio, a cancer-focused biotech company, raised a $100 million Series A led by RA Capital, Andreessen Horowitz and Nextech Invest.
Belgium-based Magnax, which specializes in motor vehicle technology, raised a €35.5 million round from Pan-International Industrial and Foxconn Group.
Yuzu Health, which develops an operating system for health insurance, received a $35 million Series A led by Chemistry Ventures and General Catalyst.
Noon, a San Francisco-based developer of product design tools, emerged from stealth with $44 million from investors including Chemistry Ventures, First Round Capital and Scribble Ventures.
NeuBird AI, which specializes in agentic AI for production operations, received a $19.3 million round led by Xora Innovation.
Fintech company AccuQuant raised a $20 million round.
PE Deals
Energy Capital Partners agreed to acquire EnergySolutions from TriArtisan Capital Advisors. The deal values the nuclear energy services company at about $2 billion, Bloomberg reported.
A group led by TPG agreed to acquire Aseem Infrastructure Finance, an India-based lender, in a Rs 4,000 crore (around $430 million) deal, The Economic Times reported.
Court Square Capital Partners agreed to acquire cloud communications provider CallTower from BV Investment Partners.
Exits
Ventilation and filtration company Madison Air Solutions is looking to raise as much as $2.23 billion in its IPO.
SmartHR, a human resources platform specialist backed by KKR and General Atlantic, is targeting a market capitalization of around $1 billion in its IPO later this year, Bloomberg reported.

Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group and Nippon Life Insurance are in talks to set up a 500 billion yen (about $3.1 billion) private credit fund, Bloomberg reported.
