Hi all, with the possible PE ops around the corner, PPSD will be disseminating a 5 part infographic series with resilience tips to help officers cope with the upcoming busy period.

For part 1 of this series, we will be sharing some ways to implement and maintain self-care before major deployments. This would help you cope better with the stress of major deployments when it happen.

Hi all, in recognition of World Suicide Day (10 September) PPSD will be sending out invites for action and resources on how you can contribute to suicide prevention on the 18th and 25th of September. As a start, here are the three infographics PPSD broadcasted in 2022 on the warning signs of suicide, ways to engage and support individuals experiencing distress and resources available.
