Dump happened and we must accept it. As we said yesterday, we didnβt hold any margin position at weekends, so this dump passed aside.
Talking about the current situation, the crucial level is $8420. We broke one with the shadow but now
At the moment we consider this dump as a long squeeze, because:
1. Monthly bullish absorption is still valid
2. The bullish trend line wasnβt broken
3. We gathered a bunch of fuel from triggered stops
4. There is a giant gap above the price
Taking all these facts into account we can say that the priority remains the same - upwards and the first level we need to test is $9500. This level should be tested in any case. If we canβt break it - priority turns bearish.

No doubt, there are Halving and a giant GAP above the price. These factors triggers people to open LONG and ignore a number of bearish facts. Sweet spot for MM to trigger another bunch of LONGs stop losses.
The price can fall down to $7700 - $7800 in the near future, but more likely not lower. Why did I mentioned exactly this zone? There we can see a cluster of big buy orders which recently appeared. Moreover, reaching this zone will help us in printing a higher low.

The triangle was broken upwards and the upper border was tested successfully. Moreover, now we can see an absorption of the whole post-dump flat. Great point to enter a position after a small rollback.
