This is a gentle reminder that the PS & HS GYM is NOT OPEN for Intrams Trainings or any Non-Gymnasts during school hours.

There are some instances wherein our coaches allowed this, however, using the Gym WITHOUT permission from both the Team Captain & Coaches is completely disrespectful and unsafe.

For the safety of everyone, we cannot open it for all to use as we have equipment there that could cause injury and are very expensive to replace.

As for the other training venues, make sure to practice CLAYGO. Multiple teams have already expressed their concerns regarding the cleanliness of their training areas. We all hope you can respect these places and also understand that we want the best for everyone, especially with the upcoming Intramurals.

Center for Sports ‘24 - ‘25

⚜️ POST-EVENT: The sound of heartbeats fell in sync as they came together for their life-saving pursuits.

Last November 20, 2024, the Center for Sports (CFS) and the Youth Medical Team (YMT) held “C-First Aid 2.0,” a collaboration that promoted the proper basic uses of first aid through a series of trainings.
