In 1094 or 1095, Alexios I Komnenos, the Byzantine emperor, sent to the pope, Urban II, and asked for aid from the west against the Seljuq Turks, who taken nearly all of Asia Minor from him. At the council of Clermont Urban addressed a great crowd and urged all to go to the aid of the Greeks and to recover Palestine from the rule of the Muslims.

To align the fate of our people with the will of God that we may be blessed instead of cursed. To inspire men to work towards being stronger, smarter, and more spiritually developed.
Everyday we pray the rosary that you my frens may be happily wed, have abundant children, and live happy contented lives. That you and your families have the strength to do the will of God, to act boldly and courageously to save our people.
Sometimes I think my platform is very small and that I’m not doing much but then I get some positive messages. Today I got two particularly good ones.

But when thou dost alms, let not thy left hand know what thy right hand doth.” Matthew 6:2-3
A Saint who was passionate about pleasing God and defending sound doctrine, a Saint who slapped Arius the heretic in defense of the divinity of Christ.
