In response to a blatant violation of the ceasefire by the #Hezbollah 🌟 terrorist organization, the IDF has begun conducting precise strikes in southern Lebanon.

Lebanese channel:

One person killed and 11 others wounded in an Israeli drone strike that hit a mosque in the village of Tebnine in southern Lebanon.

According to the reports, the strike took place in Tebnine, located north of Hadath, and not near the village of Al-Mansoura, for which the IDF had previously issued an evacuation warning.
At this stage, the IDF has not yet commented on the reported strike or its intended target.

אתמול (רביעי), סמוך לשעה 12:00, פעל כוח של חטיבה 55 במרחב הכפר מג'דל זון שבדרום לבנון, במסגרת פעילות לטיהור השטח ולהשמדת תשתיות טרור.
במהלך הפעילות נכנס הכוח למבנה.
בעת כניסת הלוחמים אירע פיצוץ, שככל הנראה נגרם ממטען חבלה שהוטמן במקום.
כתוצאה מהפיצוץ נפלו שני לוחמי מילואים, וארבעה לוחמי מילואים נוספים נפצעו באורח קשה.
הפצועים פונו לקבלת טיפול רפואי, ומשפחות הנפגעים עודכנו.
לאחר האירוע תקפו חיל האוויר וכוחות ארטילריה מטרות במרחב.
זהו האירוע שעליו הודיע אתמול צה"ל כעל "הפרת הפסקת האש".
עם זאת, לדברי גורם ביטחוני, בצה"ל עדיין אינם יודעים מתי הוטמן מטען החבלה במבנה שאליו נכנס הכוח, והאם מדובר במטען שהונח לאחרונה או במטען שהיה במקום זמן רב קודם לכן.

The names of the two IDF soldiers killed yesterday in Lebanon have been cleared for publication:

Major (Res.) Harel Birenstock, 34, from Nokdim, a platoon commander in the 2855th Battalion, 55th Brigade ("Spearhead").
Master Sgt. (Res.) Tamir Vaknin, 33, from Eilat, a soldier in the 2855th Battalion, 55th Brigade ("Spearhead").

Details of the incident:

Yesterday (Wednesday), at approximately 12:00 p.m., an IDF force from the 55th Brigade was operating near the village of Majdal Zoun in southern Lebanon to clear the area and destroy terrorist infrastructure.
During the operation, the force entered a building.
As the troops entered, an explosion occurred, apparently caused by an explosive device planted inside the structure.
Two reservists were killed, and four additional reservists were seriously wounded.
The wounded were evacuated for medical treatment, and the families of the casualties were notified.
Following the incident, the Israeli Air Force and artillery units carried out strikes on targets in the area.
This is the incident that the IDF yesterday described as a "violation of the ceasefire." However, according to an Israeli security source, the IDF does not yet know when the explosive device was planted in the building or whether it was a newly emplaced device.

כ-15 אזרחים ישראלים הגיעו אתמול (ד') למרחב עג'ר, גרמו נזק לגדר הגבול וחצו את הגבול לשטח לבנון. כוח צה"ל ומג"ב שקפץ לנקודה פעל לאיתורם והשיב אותם לשטח ישראל.
האזרחים שעוכבו הועברו להמשך טיפול משטרת ישראל.
צה״ל מגנה בתוקף את האירוע, המהווה מקרה נוסף של הפרעה חמורה לפעילות המבצעית וסכנה לביטחונם של כוחות צה"ל הפועלים במרחב.
גורמי אכיפת החוק נדרשים למצות את הדין עם המעורבים, במטרה למנוע מאותם האזרחים לחזור פעם אחר פעם על תופעה זו, המהווה עבירה פלילית.

המשטרה תבקש היום להאריך את מעצרם של 11 אזרחים ישראלים, שחצו אתמול את הגבול מישראל ללבנון סמוך לכפר ע׳ג׳ר - במקביל לתקיפות צה״ל בדרום לבנון.
11 האזרחים - בהם 6 קטינים - חצו את הגבול במטרה לקדם התיישבות יהודית בלבנון - וכוחות צה״ל נדרשו לרדוף אחריהם אמש במהלך שעות הערב. היום הם יובאו לדיון בפני בית המשפט.

נכון לעכשיו, אין אינדיקציות שצה"ל יוציא לפועל את ההודעה של דו"צ, היות וזה במקביל למו"מ עם ממשלת לבנון ברומא.
אבל צריך לזכור, זה כפר שממנו חזבאללה הוציא הרבה מתווי תקיפות של רחפני נפץ במיוחד על מרחב אלביאצ'ה. כלומר, זה כפר שמשמש כמוצב קדמי לכל דבר ועניין.

The IDF is returning to southern Lebanon

The Lebanese government refuses to disarm #Hezbollah🌟—it won't even begin the process—and is therefore violating the agreement it signed. The United States should apply significant pressure on the Lebanese government, including diplomatic isolation and sanctions, until it fulfills its commitments.

Earlier today, the IDF Spokesperson called on residents of the village of Al-Mansouri to evacuate and move approximately one kilometer away, citing Hezbollah's violation of the ceasefire.

According to analyst Ben Zion Makles, an IDF ground operation in Al-Mansouri is only a matter of time. However, he notes that there are currently no indications that the IDF will immediately act on the evacuation warning, partly due to ongoing talks with the Lebanese government in Rome.
Makles says Al-Mansouri has long served as a forward Hezbollah position, from which the group launched explosive drone attacks, particularly toward the Al-Bayyada area.
He adds that, much like the Ali al-Taher Ridge, which has effectively become part of the security buffer zone and allows the IDF greater operational freedom, Al-Mansouri is also considered part of that zone.
In his assessment, it is the last major village in the area that has yet to be cleared, and operations there could be completed in the near future.

Turkey has declared Al-Aqsa Mosque to be part of its historical heritage.
Speaking at an Islamic summit in Amman, Fidan stated:

Fidan argued that the war in Gaza had temporarily diverted the Muslim world's attention away from Al-Aqsa, but said that this was about to change.
