ימ"ר ארזים(אח"מ) במלמ"ב ושב"כ עצרו וחקרו אזרח ישראלי אשר שירת בסדיר ובמילואים ביחידה מסווגת ובתום חקירה הוגש נגדו כתב אישום המייחס לו מגע עם גורם מודיעין איראני.

ב 16.7.26 הוגש כתב אישום לבית המשפט המחוזי בת"א, ע"י מחלקת הסייבר בפרקליטות המדינה, נגד אזרח ישראלי אשר שירת בסדיר ובמילואים ביחידה מסווגת, בגין עבירות של מגע עם סוכן חוץ וניסיון למסירת ידיעה לתועלת האויב.

מחקירת ימ"ר ארזים (אח"מ) במלמ״ב שבמשרד הביטחון ושב"כ עלה כי הנאשם עמד בקשר עם גורם, שהזדהה בפניו כגורם מודיעין איראני. הנאשם אף התבקש בשלב מסוים לסייע בגיוס חייל לטובת קשר עם אותם גורמים.

שירות הביטחון הכללי, המלמ"ב, צה״ל ומשטרת ישראל שבים ומזהירים את אזרחי ותושבי מדינת ישראל מפני קיום קשר עם גורמים זרים ממדינות אויב או גורמים בלתי מזוהים. אנו קוראים לאזרחים לדווח לגורמי אכיפת החוק על כל קשר חשוד או חריג.

חשוב להדגיש כי כל קשר כנ״ל , עלול לעלות לכדי עבירה על החוק כבר מתחילתו.

גופי הביטחון של מדינת ישראל ימשיכו לפעול בנחישות לאיתור וסיכול פעילות טרור וריגול ויפעלו למצות את הדין בחומרה מול כל המעורבים בפעילות זו.

גורמים עוינים, בהם גורמי מודיעין וטרור ממדינות אויב, ממשיכים במאמציהם לגייס ולהפעיל ישראלים לביצוע משימות ריגול, טרור ופעולות עוינות נגד מדינת ישראל. ניסיונות הגיוס מתבצעים בין היתר באמצעות פניות ברשתות החברתיות.

Israel's Shin Bet (ISA), the Defense Ministry's Security Department (MALMAB), and the Israel Police have uncovered another espionage case involving an Israeli citizen who served in both active duty and the reserves in a classified military unit.
According to the indictment filed on July 16, 2026, with the Tel Aviv District Court, the suspect maintained contact with an individual who identified himself as an Iranian intelligence operative and is charged with contact with a foreign agent and attempting to provide information that could benefit the enemy.
Investigators say the suspect was also asked at one stage to help recruit an IDF soldier to establish contact with the same Iranian intelligence network.
The investigation was conducted jointly by the Israel Police's Arzim Major Crimes Unit, the Defense Ministry's MALMAB, and the Shin Bet.
Israeli security agencies warned that hostile intelligence and terrorist organizations from enemy states continue to recruit Israelis through social media and stressed that merely establishing contact with such actors may constitute a criminal offense from the outset.

ערוץ אל-ערביה הסעודי (שמקבל הדלפות רבות מישראל) ציטט היום גורם בצה״ל, לפיו פיקוד המרכז האמריקני התרעם על דברי שר הביטחון כ״ץ אמש, שעבר עבירת צנזורה וחשף כי מטוסים אמריקניים ממריאים מישראל לתקיפות באיראן. לדבריו, כ״ץ חשף סוד מבצעי והרמטכ״ל זמיר נאלץ להתנצל בפני מפקד סנטקום בראד קופר.

הפרסום בדבר שיחת הרמטכ״ל ומפקד סנטקום אינו נכון. הרמטכ״ל לא שוחח עם מפקד סנטקום מאז פרסום דבריו של השר.

שימו לב שצה״ל מכחיש רק את דבר השיחה בין הרמטכ״ל למפקד סנטקום. אין הכחשה לחלק בדיווח על הזעם האמריקני על דברי השר כ״ץ.

Saudi-owned Al Arabiya, which frequently publishes reports based on leaks from Israel, cited an IDF source today claiming that U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) was angered by Defense Minister Israel Katz's remarks yesterday, alleging that he violated military censorship by revealing that American aircraft take off from Israel to conduct strikes against Iran.
According to the report, Katz exposed sensitive operational information, and IDF Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Eyal Zamir was reportedly forced to apologize to CENTCOM Commander Gen. Brad Cooper.

"The report regarding a conversation between the Chief of Staff and the CENTCOM commander is incorrect. The Chief of Staff has not spoken with the CENTCOM commander since the minister's remarks were published."

שלושה אזרחים ישראלים, חברי ארגון "חלוצי הבשן", הוצאו משטח סוריה על ידי כוחות צה"ל לאחר שחצו את הגבול באזור החרמון.
על פי הדיווח, השלושה שהו בשטח סוריה במשך מספר שעות, החל משעות הבוקר, ולפני זמן קצר הוחזרו לשטח ישראל.
עם חזרתם, הם הועברו לידי משטרת ישראל להמשך טיפול.

אמש (ג׳), זוהו שלושה אזרחים ישראלים שהגיעו למרחב החרמון וחצו את הגבול לשטח סוריה. כוחות צה״ל פעלו לאיתורם, ומוקדם יותר היום (ד׳) השיבו אותם לשטח ישראל.

האזרחים שעוכבו הועברו להמשך טיפול משטרת ישראל.

צה״ל מגנה בתוקף את האירוע, המהווה מקרה נוסף של הפרעה חמורה לפעילות המבצעית וסכנה לביטחונם של כוחות צה"ל הפועלים במרחב.

גורמי אכיפת החוק נדרשים למצות את הדין עם המעורבים, במטרה למנוע מאותם האזרחים לחזור פעם אחר פעם על תופעה זו, המהווה עבירה פלילית.

Three Israeli citizens, members of the "Pioneers of Bashan" organization, were extracted from Syrian territory by IDF forces after crossing the border in the Mount Hermon area.
According to the report, the three remained inside Syria for several hours after crossing earlier this morning. They were returned to Israeli territory approximately an hour ago.
Upon their return, the three were handed over to the Israel Police for further handling.

Yesterday (Tuesday), three Israeli civilians arrived in the area of Hermon and crossed the border into Syrian territory. Earlier today (Wednesday), IDF troops who were dispatched to the scene located the civilians returned them to Israeli territory.

The detained civilians were transferred to the Israel Police for further handling.

The IDF strongly condemns the incident, which constitutes another serious disruption of operational activity and poses a danger to the safety of IDF troops operating in the area.

The law enforcement authorities are required to bring those involved to justice and to prevent those individuals from repeatedly engaging in this incident, which constitutes a criminal offense.

CENTCOM Considering Confiscating Cell Phones of Soldiers in the Middle East.

According to a Reuters report, the commander of CENTCOM has warned American soldiers in the Middle East that videos and photos they post (here) from their cell phones are helping Iran assess the results of its strikes and plan follow-up attacks.
