בהמשך לדיווח על ירי במרחב הסמוך לחוות גלעד שבחטיבת שומרון, מוקדם יותר היום (ו׳) כוחות צה״ל קפצו למרחב הסמוך לכפר תל שבחטיבת שומרון בעקבות דיווח על תקיפה של אזרחים ישראלים שטיילו במרחב.

בהמשך, מחבלים גנבו את נשקו של איש הביטחון שהגיע למרחב וירו לעבר האזרחים הישראלים. כתוצאה מכך, נפגעו מספר אזרחים ישראלים שפונו לקבלת טיפול רפואי בבית החולים.

כוחות צה"ל נוספים קפצו לנקודה ומבצעים מרדף אחר המחבלים וחסימות במרחב. הוטל כתר על העיר שכם והכפר תל שבחטיבת שומרון.

הוכרז פטיש חם בפאתי תל בעקבות התקהלות של פלס' סביב מטיילים ורבש"ץ חוו"ג שהגיע אליהם. פלס' חטף את הנשק של הרבש"ץ וביצע ירי. יש פצוע אחד בהכרה בדרך למוצב הסלע.

מספר מטיילים ישראלים טיילו בסמוך לכפר תל באזור שכם. סמוך למסגד הם נתקלו בפלסטינים שתקפו אותם. איש הביטחון של היישוב חוות גלעד קפץ למקום - ובשעה 8:20 התקבל דיווח על גניבת נשקו של איש הביטחון של חוות גלעד, וירי שבוצע לעבר אזרחים ישראלים (ייתכן שבאמצעות הנשק הזה).

Following the report regarding a shooting attack in the area near Havat Gilad, earlier today (Friday), IDF soldiers were dispatched to the area of Tal following a report regarding an attack on Israeli civilians who were hiking in the area.

Subsequently, terrorists stole the weapon of a security personnel who had arrived at the scene and opened fire toward the Israeli civilians. As a result, several Israeli civilians were injured and evacuated to receive medical treatment at the hospital.

Additional IDF soldiers were dispatched to the scene and are currently pursuing the terrorists while establishing security roadblocks in the area. A temporary cordon was imposed on the city of Nablus and the Tal area.
