מידע מודיעיני שנחשף בשבועות האחרונים מצביע על כך שהרפובליקה האסלאמית העבירה ככל הנראה אלפי צנטריפוגות להעשרת אורניום למנהרות עמוק בתוך ההר.
על פי דיווחים, ישראל גם מעריכה כי איראן העבירה לאתר חלק ממלאי האורניום המועשר ברמה גבוהה שברשותה, לצורך המשך העשרה – ייתכן אף לרמות המתאימות לייצור נשק גרעיני.
במילים אחרות, ייתכן שאיראן ריכזה במתקן את המכונות ואת החומר הגרעיני הדרושים לשיקום ולהמשך קידום תוכנית ההעשרה שלה – בתוך המתקן הגרעיני המבוצר ביותר שבנתה אי פעם.
זו הסיבה שנשיא ארצות הברית, דונלד טראמפ, אמר כי "הר המכוש" יושמד בקרוב מאוד.
על פי ההערכות, המתקן קבור בעומק של יותר מ־100 מטרים מתחת לסלע מוצק. לכן, ייתכן שהתאים העמוקים ביותר שלו נמצאים מעבר לטווח החדירה האמין של פצצת הבונקר החזקה ביותר בארסנל האמריקאי – GBU-57 Massive Ordnance Penetrator (MOP).
פצצת ה־GBU-57 שוקלת כ־30,000 ליברות (כ־13.6 טון) ותוכננה לחדור ולהשמיד מטרות מבוצרות ותת־קרקעיות עמוקות.
סדרת תקיפות חוזרות עשויה למוטט את פתחי המנהרות, פירי האוורור, דרכי הגישה, מערכות החשמל ותשתיות נוספות התומכות במתקן.
אולם, השבתת המתקן מבחוץ שונה לחלוטין מהשמדת החדרים העמוקים ביותר שבתוכו.
לכן, ישנם אנליסטים הסבורים כי הנשק היחיד שעשוי להיות מסוגל להשמיד את לב המתקן הוא נשק גרעיני חודר קרקע, כדוגמת B61-11 – פצצה גרעינית בעלת עוצמה משתנה, שתוכננה לפגיעה במטרות תת־קרקעיות מבוצרות.

צעדים כאלה עשויים להפוך את המתקן לבלתי שמיש, גם אם לא ישמידו פיזית כל חלל תת־קרקעי שבתוך ההר.
דבר אחד ברור:
אם אכן איראן קברה אלפי צנטריפוגות, ואולי גם אורניום מועשר ברמה גבוהה, מתחת למאות מטרים של סלע – היא לא עשתה זאת משום שתוכנית הגרעין שלה היא תוכנית שלום.
היא בנתה את המבצר הגרעיני הזה כדי להבטיח את שרידותו.
טראמפ אומר שהוא יושמד בקרוב מאוד.
ייתכן שבעתיד הקרוב העולם יגלה האם גם "הר המכוש" נמצא מחוץ להישג ידה של ארצות הברית.

IDF reveals: Gazan soccer players presented to the world solely as athletes were simultaneously members of terrorist organizations in the Gaza Strip

In recent weeks, false claims have been circulated alleging that the IDF deliberately targeted innocent Palestinian soccer players throughout the war.

In light of these claims, the IDF is now revealing the identities of Palestinian soccer players, referees, and coaches who were presented as athletes and innocent civilians, but who in fact served as terrorists in the military wings of the Hamas and Islamic Jihad terrorist organizations in the Gaza Strip, and were struck and eliminated by the IDF during the war.

Following an intelligence assessment, the IDF can now disclose these terrorists’ organizational affiliations and operational roles. In many cases, they were portrayed internationally only as players, with no mention of their affiliation with terrorist organizations.

The false campaign portraying the IDF as deliberately targeting members of the soccer community, which was created as part of a broader effort promoted by various actors against the State of Israel, accompanies other false narratives advanced throughout the war. In those campaigns, Palestinian terrorists struck and eliminated by the IDF were presented as journalists, humanitarian aid workers, and other civilian professionals, while their involvement in terrorist activity was deliberately concealed in order to promote false claims that they had been targeted because of their civilian professions.

The IDF will continue to expose cases of this nature in order to present the full facts and refute claims that do not reflect reality.
