מוקדם יותר היום (ש'), כלי רכב של צבא לבנון עלה על מטען בדרום לבנון. כתוצאה מכך, נהרג חייל צבא לבנון ונפצעו שניים נוספים.

לאחר בדיקה, עולה כי לא מדובר במטען צה"לי אלא מטען שככל הנראה הונח על ידי ארגון הטרור #חיזבאללה🌟.

האירוע התרחש במרחב אלמנצורי, בתוך המרחב הביטחוני שבדרום לבנון. במרחב זה כוחות צה"ל לא נכחו כלל בתקופה האחרונה.

יש לציין כי כלי הרכב של צבא לבנון נכנס למרחב הביטחוני ללא תיאום מראש עם צה"ל כנדרש, בהתאם למנגנון התיאום הקיים.

צה"ל קורא לאזרחים ולכוחות המצויים באזור להימנע מהגעה למרחבים בהם חיזבאללה ממשיך להוות איום וכן לתאם תנועות מראש כמקובל, למען ביטחונם.

A Lebanese Army soldier, First Sergeant Ahmed Sami Khalil, was killed and two others, including an officer, were injured after an explosive device exploded under their vehicle in Al-Mansouri, Tyre Governorate, southern Lebanon.

Earlier today (Saturday), a Lebanese Army vehicle drove over an explosive device in southern Lebanon. As a result, a Lebanese Army soldier was killed, and two additional soldiers were injured.

Following a review, it was determined that the explosive device did not belong to the IDF and was most likely placed in the area by the #Hezbollah🌟 terrorist organization.

The incident occurred in the area of Al-Mansouri, within the Security Zone in southern Lebanon. In this area, IDF soldiers have not been present recently.

It should be noted that the Lebanese Army vehicle entered the Security Zone without prior coordination with the IDF, as required according to the existing coordination mechanism.

The IDF calls on the Lebanese civilians and the forces present in the area to avoid entering areas where Hezbollah continues to pose a threat and to coordinate movements in advance, as required, for their safety.
