בלבנון נעצר חשוד בריגול עבור המוסד

כוחות הביטחון בלבנון עצרו בנמל התעופה של ביירות בן למשפחת אל-ח'ליפה, הנחשבת למשפחה בעלת השפעה, בחשד שריגל עבור המוסד.
החשוד קיים קשר עם אנשי המודיעין הישראלי בטורקיה והעביר להם מידע על מטרות בביירות.
המקורות תיארו אותו כ"אחד הסוכנים הישראלים המסוכנים ביותר".
גורם משפטי שצוטט בעיתון טען כי המידע שהעביר תרם לחיסולם בשנת 2024 של בכירים ב חיזבאללה🌟, בהם פואד שוכר ואבראהים עקיל.
החשוד נעצר בעת שניסה לצאת מלבנון בדרכו לעיראק.

A man suspected of spying for the Mossad has been arrested in Lebanon.
Lebanese security forces detained a member of the influential Al Khalifa family at Beirut International Airport on suspicion of spying for Mossad.
According to the report, the suspect maintained contact with Israeli intelligence operatives in Turkey and passed them information on targets in Beirut.
The sources described him as "one of Israel's most dangerous agents."
A judicial source quoted by the newspaper claimed that the intelligence he provided contributed to the elimination of senior #Hezbollah🌟 commanders in 2024, including Fuad Shukr and Ibrahim Aqil.
The suspect was arrested while attempting to leave Lebanon for Iraq.
