Laura Loomer, a prominent Jewish conservative commentator in the United States, questioned the circumstances surrounding Graham's death:

In recent days, he had been overseas, in a war zone, working to help bring an end to the war between Ukraine and Russia.

A presenter on Iran's state television congratulated the Iranian people following the death of Senator Lindsey Graham.

Professor Mohammad Marandi, a member of Iran's nuclear negotiating team, mocked Graham's death, writing:
