צה"ל ושב"כ תקפו אתמול (ב') וחיסלו את מחמד פתחי עבד אלחי אבו פח'ר, מפקד גדוד "יבנא" בחטיבת רפיח של הזרוע הצבאית בארגון הטרור חמאס.

אבו פח׳ר פעל בתקופה האחרונה לגיוס מחבלים חדשים לגדוד, הוביל את הכשרתם וניסה לשקם את יכולות הגדוד, במטרה לפגוע בכוחות צה״ל.

אבו פח'ר היה מפקד ותיק בחמאס ומבכירי מחלקת האספקה של הזרוע הצבאית של חמאס. במשך כ-20 שנים, היה גורם מרכזי במערך ההברחות של ארגון הטרור.

במסגרת תפקידיו, אבו פח'ר ניהל והכווין הברחות של אמצעי לחימה לתוך רצועת עזה, והוביל אספקה של אמצעים רבים שנדרשו להמשך פעילות הטרור של הזרוע הצבאית של חמאס.

כוחות צה"ל בפיקוד הדרום פרוסים במרחב בהתאם להסכם וימשיכו לפעול להסרת כל איום מיידי.

To eliminate the threat: The IDF and ISA eliminated the Commander of #Hamas🔴 ' Yibna Battalion in the Rafah Brigade

Yesterday (Monday), the IDF and ISA struck and eliminated Mohammad Fathi Abd al-Hay Abu Fakher, Commander of the Yibna Battalion in Hamas' Rafah Brigade.

In recent weeks, Abu Fakher had been recruiting new terrorists to the battalion, leading their training, and attempting to restore the battalion's capabilities in order to attack IDF troops.

Abu Fakher was a veteran Hamas commander and one of the senior officials in the Supply Department of Hamas’ military wing. For approximately 20 years, he was a central figure in the terrorist organization's smuggling network.

As part of his roles, Abu Fakher managed and directed the smuggling of weapons into the Gaza Strip and oversaw the supply of numerous capabilities required to sustain the terrorist activities of Hamas' military wing.

President Trump has recently discussed the possibility of renewed large-scale military strikes on Iran with Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth and Joint Chiefs Chairman Gen. Dan Caine but has chosen to continue diplomatic talks for now.
Trump believes a return to full-scale attacks could undermine negotiations and reduce the chances of reaching a deal to dismantle Iran's nuclear program.

He is also willing to let talks continue beyond the Aug. 18 deadline and, for now, supports limited retaliatory strikes if Iran violates the current memorandum of understanding.

In 1927, the British Mandate authorities began issuing official coins for Palestine (Eretz Israel), the official name of the Mandate territory.
The coins featured inscriptions in three languages:

This is the misleading part of the post.
The word "Palestine" was the official name of the territory under the British Mandate from 1920 to 1948. That is why it appeared on:

However, during this period there was no sovereign state called Palestine. The territory was administered by Britain under a League of Nations Mandate.
At the time, Jews living in the country were also commonly referred to in English as Palestinians.

Many of these institutions were predominantly Jewish.

The source claimed that the Pentagon has instructed U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) and military intelligence to deepen cooperation with Israel in order to prepare a new target bank and develop a new operational concept.

לפני זמן קצר, זיהתה ניידת מתחנת לוד חשוד האוחז בסכין וקראה לו לעצור. החשוד החל בריצה לעבר צוות לוחמי יס"מ שפעלו במקום, ועל פי החשד ניסה לדקור את אחד הלוחמים.
