גירשנו את כוחות האויב, לא נאפשר לאיש להיכנס לאדמתנו

ברשתות הערביות, ילדי העיירה עבדאין - בה התרחשה אמש התקרית מול כוחות צה"ל - הפכו בשעות האחרונות ל"גיבורי השעה" בסרטון אותנטי שמציג את תודעת הלחימה של הדור הצעיר במעוז הסוני.

כך זה נשמע מפיהם: "אנו מגינים על אדמתנו. לא נאפשר לאף אחד להיכנס אליה - לא לאויב ולא לאף גורם אחר."
"גירשנו אותם! כל אנשי הכפר תקפו אותם והברחנו אותם מכאן."
"הקמנו מחסומים ויידנו אבנים. הם ירו עלינו באש חיה, אבל חסמנו את הצירים עם נפצים עד שהטנקים נאלצו לסגת לוואדי."

הסרטון הזה תופס תאוצה ברשתות הסוריות, ומציג מראה מייצג של "התנגדות עממית" נוסח איו"ש ורצועת עזה. זוהי ממש לא הפעם הראשונה שבה בדרעא נשמעים קולות ומונחים המזכירים את הטרמינולוגיה ואת דפוסי הפעולה של רצועת עזה.

מאידליב ועד דרעא: הסונים מרימים ראש נגד ישראל:

יא ציוני אִסְמַע אִסְמַע! בסוריה נחפור את קברך!

אמש, במפגן תמיכה המוני באידליב שבצפון סוריה, נשמעו קריאות התרסה ואיומים קשים כנגד ישראל, וזאת בעקבות העימותים שהתרחשו בדרום המדינה: "הו ציוני, שמע שמע! העם הסורי לא כורע ברך!"

"בואו נשמיע לנתניהו... בסוריה נחפור את קברך!"

"הנף את כף ידך, הרם את הקול! אנחנו בני חורין ולא פוחדים מהמוות!"

הנואם הראשי שהוביל את הקריאות הלוחמניות הללו הוא הזמר הסוני מאג'ד אל-ח'אלדי, המזוהה עם הזרמים הג'יהאדיסטים ומקורב למשטר ג'ולאני.

Sunni Children in Syria's Daraa Province:

We drove out the enemy forces. We will not allow anyone to enter our land.

On Arab social media, children from the town of Abdeen, where last night's confrontation with Israeli forces took place, have become the "heroes of the hour." A widely shared video portrays what is presented as the fighting spirit of the younger generation in this Sunni stronghold.
This is what they say in the video:

We are defending our land. We will not allow anyone to enter it—not the enemy and not anyone else.

We drove them out! Everyone in the village attacked them and chased them away.

We set up roadblocks and threw stones. They fired live ammunition at us, but we blocked the roads with explosive devices until the tanks were forced to withdraw into the valley.

The video has been gaining traction across Syrian social media and is being portrayed as an example of "popular resistance" reminiscent of the West Bank and the Gaza Strip. This is far from the first time that rhetoric and tactics associated with Gaza have appeared in Daraa.

From Idlib to Daraa: Sunnis Raise Their Voices Against Israel
At a large demonstration in Idlib in northwestern Syria last night, participants chanted slogans and issued threats against Israel following the clashes in southern Syria.
Among the chants heard:

Hey Zionist, listen, listen! The Syrian people will never kneel!

Let Netanyahu hear us... In Syria, we will dig your grave!

Raise your hand, raise your voice! We are free and we are not afraid of death!

The chants were led by Sunni singer Majed al-Khalidi, who is described as being affiliated with jihadist movements and close to the Golani-led government.
